Amazing staff. Amazing room! Beach was a bit tricky to figure out but after day we had it locked down. Consider a few things: Food prices are high. For instance breakfast for two was $100 with tip. Also covered cabanas are $350 a day. Because the beach area is confined to “non member and non resident” chairs are crowded together. Currents at the beach are challenging (and I am or WAS a competitive open water swimmer). In my opinion not the safest place for small children. But ultimately we had a great time. Just bring your wallet.

I stayed for two nights in March. The property is beautiful. The service is amazing. I mean there’s nothing not to like the rooms are clean and luxurious. It’s a five star hotel all the way I would absolutely return.

The Boca beach club has always been an amazing property… You know you’re going to get quality for the money, and I’ve always been happy. Now, our room is shabby, both the bathroom and the bedroom, there is construction going on at the hotel and we were not notified in advance, and the elevator was closed Near our room… And more . For $1000 per night, I expected much more from The Boca Raton. (Formerly The Boca Beach Club)

Disappointed and SERIOUSLY Overpriced
This place is SERIOUSLY overpriced. Not only is there a $60/day "resort charge" there is no parking other than their overpriced $59 daily valet and parking. This charge was never disclosed to us. We stayed 4 nights and paid about $3,000 for the stay and had a hotel bill of over $2,000 when we checked out. $5,000 for 4 days. What a total rip off! The property is a bit run down too.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. It’s a gem situated in Boca. Our 8 and 5 year old had the best time!! The restaurants were all amazing but nothing beats the staff and their eagerness to make your stays exceptional. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Excellent hotel with lots of choice
Up market hotel, with ocean view rooms in the beach club section. Lots of swimming pools and am excellent choice of restaurants in the harbour side section of the hotel. A water taxi and a shuttle bus service is available between the two parts of the hotel.

Most amazing property that my wife and I stayed at. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted as if you were royalty and customer service is outstanding. The staff is very attentative to your every need and is always glad to help you. Property is so clean and well taken care of. My wife and I have stayed at The Breakers in Palm Beach, The Biltmore in Coral Gables and Four Seasons...by far the Boca Beach Club is the grandest. Shout out to Sergio, Ben, Ming, Maddy, Alex (AJ), Jordan from the beach staff and welcome staff. Would like to thank Maya & Jordan from the Palm Court Bar and Kevin from Monkey Bar. Wonderful staff and great people. Looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Booked a night at Boca Beach Club for a weekend getaway. We made reservations for a double bed standard room for my husband and I and our 2 children. Before our arrival, I got a call from the hotel letting me know they were upgrading our room so that we would have more room for the whole family. We arrived before the 3pm check in so we were able to leave our bags and go explore. We received a text when our room was ready and to our surprise we were assigned to an Ocean View Suite! Our children were ecstatic, they even asked to stay and live there hahaha. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. It had a beautiful view of the pool & ocean. There were complimentary snacks, water bottles, sodas, and liquor. Beachfront with beds and umbrellas, the pools are wonderful and ALWAYS clean. Nice snack/ice cream little shop, bar and restaurants. The water taxi to the tower resort was a 5 min fun ride, it was extremely convenient considering my kids wanted to be there! They have plenty of amenities for children. Restaurants have great food and service. I also tried the homemade chocolates, macaroons and their ice-cream. Everything was delicious. Check out was at 11 am so we dropped our luggage at the lobby and spent the rest of the day exploring and relaxing until we left at around 5pm. I would like to praise the resort staff. They went above and beyond all our expectations. Overall a great experience. We can't wait to be back soon!

Valet was nowhere to be found if you leave early in the morning (5-6am). No ice machines on the floors and they say they deliver ice but never do. For a resort that charges in the hundreds of dollars, this place is not worth it. You can pay a lot less for a lot more in the area.
