The property is incredible - old world charm and class. The room was small, but very nice (newly renovated). I don't think you get value for your money. Lunch was $130 before tip, everything costs extra. You pay for the grounds and the pools - so use them. Took shuttle to sister beach property and had 2 drinks ($50) at the beach. Great views but incredibly crowded and loud. If you love a huge hotel, then this is the ticket.

Hotel is fine. FYI, it is not on the beach and you have to take a shuttle to get to the sister property, which is oceanfront. Pool area is quite small. The rooms are fine and comfortable, but could use some upgrades (outlets are temperamental, pipes made a dreadful sound when using the sink, etc). I didn't have a view so can't comment on that. Service in the bars and around the pool is average (but the food is very good). I only stayed because my conference was here. If I had the choice, I would probably stay somewhere else....
