I had 2 rooms in this hotel it was my 50th birthday and we travel to be with my daughter and her family who resides in palm beach area for my birthday celebration. This hotel location was perfect for us everything was in walking distance, hotel was clean and staff was nice. And I love the fact that hotel is an old style hotel, but the bathrooms were newely renovated and clean and it feels more like home, nice big flat tv's , wooden floors thru. My family could not stop talking how good my choice was to pick that hotel

PM desk man needs to improve his people skills. GM was great. Parking is a problem in that hotel does not have enough spaces for guests. We got a spot though. Adjoining restaurant very nice.

This IS Palm Beach!

My first time here but MAN is this place cool! Old school refurbed into a very attractive and upscale setting. There's a restaraunt and and gourmet grocery on the wings of the bottom floor and although I didn't get a chance to utilize either one from the outside looking in they were both exactly what you would expect in this establishment. Check in was very easy and the gentleman was prompt, attentive and well dressed! The room is big and very cozy and comfortable. The bed was soo nice and the sheets were soft. The only pick I can say is the outside is showing it's age..gracefully mind you..but still needs a refreshing. I LOVED the outside walkway/porch!

Comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Cool location!

This was a great hotel with lots of amazing history. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I had was that the TV was stuck on one channel. Didn't request maintenance to fix it, as I really just wanted to relax and didn't need the TV anyway. Highly recommended.

Convenient location

Room was spacious and clean though no view. Conveniently located in Palm Beach. Biggest drawback was surly front desk person. He really had little interest in being friendly or helpful. We asked for a map and he said he didn't have one. When we checked out another person was sitting at the desk and she quickly opened the desk drawer and handed my one. He didn't make a very good impression.
