We had a great stay! This is my second time staying and Sonesta is clean and very quiet at night. The beds are great!

I have stayed at this property before. The new front desk staff is horrific. They lied to me about there being signs about a renovation happening not once but twice (there were no signs), one was rude and argumentative with the worst hospitality skills I have ever seen. To the point where she was rude to me in front of her boss!!! Problems with the WiFi, the refrigerator, the toilet, signs on doors saying they were out of order when they weren't. I could go on. The ladies that made breakfast and the rest of the staff were lovely. New management, you need to take a hospitality course!!!

We had a good stay here before flying out of the Boca Airport, which is very close by. There are good restaurants right beside the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I would stay here again.

The fire alarm went off over 7 times. When I called the front desk they said it was just a test. 7 times, a test? Then upon check out they admitted they were having alarm issues but we had to deal with it. Very unprofessional, disrespectful. I watched the way the front desk clerk spoke with customers....her attitude was awful. Rosie from housekeeping was kind and went out of her way for guests. She was wonderful!

You need to ask everyday to change the towels. They won’t take the garbage unless you ask. And they didn’t fix the bed at all for 7 days.

The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. Our bathroom toilet was made for a midget and was way too small for the average adult. We were very disappointed with the front desks welcome and having to pay extra for breakfast. It was a rip off. Paid $21 for a breakfast sandwich and juice. A misleading notion for “breakfast included”.

Very nicely furnished, clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast options. Restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Convenient to 95 but not near heavy traffic.

Staff were not friendly or helpful, no room cleaning unless you are there for 6 days or more (not even emptying trash cans), complimentary coffee was only available a very limited time, lobby was clean, property was in a decent location but not easily walkable.
