The lobby is beautiful but the front door was broken to come in and only left the revolving door to be used. Water was leaking on the lobby floor from leaking sky lights. Both of the rooms we booked had water damage in the bathroom and the tub faucet was leaking. Water damage to the ceiling, floor and door along with rust around the overflow. The towel hanger on the bathroom door was hanging by a thread. I was afraid it would fall out if I hung a towel up. You could see the wood area under the sink had sustained water damage and wasn't repaired properly. There was hair on the bathroom counter. When we got there we were told that the reservation from Expedia was not in their system. I have booked with Expedia several times and never had this happen, however Julia was helpful and did call them and get it resolved. There was a lovely bartender that was very nice. I have stayed in much nicer hotels and we moved to the Doubletree when told we couldn't extend our stay. My father was in critical care and eventually passed away and we needed to extend our time. The Doubletree extended our stay 3 times once we were there. The person at the counter at Embassy told us the Doubletree didn't have any openings but we we called ourselves, they did. They do provide a microwave and fridge, but no eating utensils. Maybe some plasticware could be provided to the rooms because if you purchase something for the microwave from downstairs, there are no plates or utensils.

The property was in a great location. The room was very spacious for the money. Staff was VERY friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee which is not disclosed. While it was only $19 it is the first hotel to charge a parking fee that was not valet.

The hotel lobby is lovely, there was no heat anywhere and it was freezing in the lobby and the room was frigid. Since it was cold outdoors also, the vacation was disrupted. We spoke with all of the desk staff and they agreed totally. We asked for the manager but did not get a call. We are having family stay there this week and totally told them the situation. I also have good friends going the beginning of March and have told them the situation. I dont know what they will decide to do. The bathroom was totally dangerous. I am 80 years old and decided not take anymore showers because I didnt want to fall. The location is the best so maybe you can do something about the rest. Shelley Lynnworth

Quite a bit traffic noise since they have PGA Blvd to the front and some other highway seems to reverberate when outside to the back of the hotel during the day. The happy hour with free drink was good although not many attended. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelettes along with other regular offerings. Lobby impressive as it is part of a corporate office for a company as well as the hotel lobby. Pretty gardens and lots of glass to bring the light in. Quick elevators overlooking the lobby.

A little disappointing.
It was ok. Disappointed I would need to buy a bottle of water. Was told Hilton Honor members got them free. Every hotel I’ve stayed in the past years or so provided a couple of bottles of water. Also there were a couple unattractive things that made the room feel overpriced at $235 plus 18 for parking (which seemed ridiculous) because obviously not carefully inspected. I’ll send photos. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

I appreciated the 24/7 service at the reception desk. My suite was clean and luxurious! Breakfast selections were wonderful and delicious! I liked having a bar and restaurant onsite. The business center worked when I needed it. The parking garage was convenient. I enjoyed the pool and gym. Although pets were allowed in the rooms, there was no pet odor. My one issue was with the very cold temperatures in the hallways, especially by the elevators and downstairs in the common areas. Otherwise, a great stay!

The lobby is very beautiful. However, the rooms need a little more cleaning. There was a leak in the tub as well. Lighting was excellent, and beds very comfy. Our rooms were spacious, overall quiet and peaceful.

We checked in here before our cruise. When we first checked in there was no one at the counter. Then after saying hello in a raised tone someone came from the back. The heat in the room was high and could not be adjusted and when I went to call maintenance the phone didn’t work and when I tried to call from my cell of course no one picked up. I had to go down stairs and Denise called the maintenance tech. Later my niece went to pull out the bedding for the let out couch and it was DIRTY!!! I again had to go back downstairs because housekeeping was not available and they didn't answer the phone at the front desk.

Property was nice overall. No restaurant on premises just a kitchen available via the bar/breakfast area. Our room bathroom and bedroom area needs renovation. The shower grout was all dark and moldy and the shower floor creaked with age. The carpet in the room had multiple stains. Our room was clean but had multiple old age issues.

the staff is very friendly and accomidating, our AC was not cold and they had an engineer come up within 15 min of us checking in. Happy hour was fun! The pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing, we noticed the "mini mart" upon our departure. Wish we saw it sooner for snacks, seltzers etc instead of walking to Publix :) Can't wait to come back!
