there are no regular hotel services here. No coffee maker. No one makes the bed, changes the sheets etc. I guess I didn't realize that when I booked the room. You pay extra for that. I would rather go to another place, spend more money and have more services.

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I sincerely apologize that our amenities were not to your expectations. We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items, including coffee pots, are available upon request at the front desk for no additional charge. In response to your feedback, I will work with our front desk staff to make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any of our other brand locations across the U.S. and Canada in the future.
