Mostly adequate and convenient to the two Universities we were visiting. Room had an unpleasant aroma and this is a Hilton property witout a working computer and printer (no functional business center). Bathroom was clean as were the common areas. The women who worked the breakfast were pleasant, tidy, and accommodating.

This is obviously an older property that has been renovated. I felt it was beneath what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. I later realized it was a Hilton property which made perfect since. Hilton seems to have a lot of properties that are average at best. I’m definitely old school and remember when the Hilton brand meant something. Just my opinion.

Not sure if this is a Hilton thing or not, but the two Hilton properties that I stayed at had the same issue. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check in time, and was told there were no rooms ready, but other people were given rooms. Ok, went out for a bit and came back, still no rooms ready, but now the entire staff of the hotel was in the lobby eating pizza. So, not wanting to interrupt their “meeting” we opted to sit outside by the pool. The “meeting” ended at about 3:45, and that’s when we were able to get a room. The room itself was ok, a bit dated and worn. Breakfast was ok, and the one staff member working the breakfast area, was the only friendly staff member that we encountered.

While we never guarantee early check-ins, we will check guest in as long as the room is available with their specific room type. If guest were able to check-in before you it is most likely they had a room type reserved that was available but glad to hear we were able to check you in by the guaranteed check in time. We are happy to see that our breakfast attendant was also able to make your stay better. I appreciate all feedback, good and bad. This is how we make sure your next stay is better than your last.

Agent at check in very professional and courteous. Computer issues made check in a little more difficult but agent maintained great attitude and care for customer.

While in a rush in the morning, I left my work cell in the room and checked out. When I called to ask about it, the staff went above and beyond to locate it and held it for me till I returned. Literally life savers! Thank you!

I thought the property was nice. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was well kept and provided a reasonable breakfast selection. The trees on the backside of the property by the parking could be trimmed back (if this is allowed). The archway on the backside outside the pool area could use some work to improve buildings appearance from this view. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Clean and the staff were lovely. The front desk agent remembered is from 4 months ago which was pretty amazing. We left some articles in the room and they called us to figure out Huey I return. Super easy and prompt !

Hampton Inn is always a great choice for business travel. The breakfast buffet at thia location has a lot of decent choices in the morning and all day coffee. Front desk staff is very nice. A nice place at a nice price.

Just be aware since there is no bureau so they’re only like three drawers in the room. Also, there is one closet and it is only 9 inches deep. We ended up having to live out of our luggage. Otherwise a very nice place.

the property is a little dated, but well maintained, very clean extremely quiet and you get free access to lifetime gym which is amazing! great breakfast. nice people

My room was over the pool which was lit at night with bright spotlights. The window between these spotlight and the bed had no blackout curtains thus the lights hit the pillows. Easy to remedy but has not been done. The other window in the room had blackout curtains.
