It wasnt Dirty, it was dated so it looked dirty. I killed a big roach in the bathroom near the dining/bar area. Good location, but the nearby constuction noise was early and relentless.

Everything was good. It’s an older hotel that has been renovated but probably not in a while but it was good for the price However my room smelled like cigarettes and they did come up and spray it but i could still smell it. Maybe when they renovate they can get rid of the smell

The photos online are not an accurate representation of the hotel and rooms. The outlets in our room made a sizzling noise when we plugged out phones in. We informed the front desk and were told someone would look at it, but nobody ever did. One of the elevators was out of service on Easter weekend. This created long waiting times for the elevator and we had to use the stairs. In addition, our key cards stopped working. We informed the front desk and they replaced them. However, they continued not to work. A maintenance person looked at the lock and it turned out the battery needed to be replaced. We attended the cocktail hour at the hotel bar and the bar tender spilled my drink all over the bar and also on me. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the hot breakfast and the staff who served it.

Nice pool, unfortunately on the Sunday I was there a woman felt fit to put her diapered year old in the pool and jacuzzi and then dumped diaper behind the Jacuzzi. Poor service on Sunday ie no towels at pool. Great breakfast with nice staff in breakfast room and cocktail staff.

The suite was clean and fairly comfortable but dated. The parking lot was confusing because some of the lot belongs to the restaurant and the hotel spaces were not marked clearly. Also, because of the catalytic converter thefts, video cameras are needed around the property.

This property is out of date and in need of renovations. Paint is in bad shape as well. I was very disappointed with the condition and expected better for the price. Breakfast was good.

This is a lovely property located close to Town Center Plaza and a short drive from Mizner Park. Beautifully landscaped waterfront with easy access to Restaurants and shops. The heated outdoor pool is a definite plus; as is the complimentary daily happy hour. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast was supported by careful, dedicated staff. The Suite was very comfortable and included coffee, water, a microwave and fridge. All in all a wonderful stay.

This hotel is super convenient as far as location. Housekeeping didn’t always give us enough towels or a bath mat. The property needs to be repaired and repainted. Staff was courteous for check in and check out.

Breakfast and cocktail hour are amazing, along with that staff. The manager at the front desk is awful. They had no hot water and she acted like it was our tough luck. Her and this other women-Nastya were pretty terrible. As though if they didn’t have to help us they wouldn’t. General manager also awful. I don’t think she has looked hospitality up in the dictionary…

I had a great stay needed be by the hospital that was only a 4min drive in the morning so was perfect since i lived in jupiter and didnt need to fight morning traffic! My highlight was the incredible morning breakfast were i met a woman server i forgot her name she was spanish with long black hair.... she was the Nicest human being ive ever met! She talked for a while with me being nervous while my son was sleeping cause he couldnt eat so i went down by myself and she made me smile so much was best server ive ever had and ive been a server for 25years in florida she deserves a raise how great she made my whole stay there thank you!!!

There was no body lotion, no shower gel. We were 4 people in 2 double beds and only got 2 towels and 2 bottles of water but they told me "Welcome" knowing we were a party of 4
