Nice hotel close to airport

Hotel is fine. Went during spring break and price seemed very high since it looked out over a parking lot. However other hotels also doubled their fees and view aside, clean and good friendly staff. I would stay again

Top Choice near West Palm Beach

Pros: Rooms are comfortable and the restaurant has a menu with a variety of choices so there's something for everyone. The staff are friendly and accomodati
Cons: Only issue we had was one afternoon when we returned to our room at 5:30pm it was just being cleaned so we had to wait for a few minutes.
Location: West Palm Beach Food Tours, Diva Duck Tours and Ragtops Classic Cars are among the nearby attractions we enjoy.
This hotel is our pick on our annual visit to West palm Beach. Close to the airport and very convenient to downtown.

The refrigerator was so noisy - I couldn't sleep. I went ahead and unplugged it because it had already frozen all my food. Room 409- You might want to check on it.

Got an Upgrade

The hotel was convenient for us in West Palm Beach as we needed access to not just WPB, but to Wellington as well. The area by the airport was quiet and well lit by the hotel. We would certainly stay there again.

Flight canceled

Called hotel @ 6am Flight canceled due to snow in Atlanta, My son had already check out of his other hotel and we needed another hotel close to the airport that provided a suttle to the Airport.The front staff made my son reservations and got him a room ready by 1030. Great staff😋

Place of great vibes

Alfredo checked us in with lots of that southern hospitality. He made us feel welcome and we understood immediately, we would be in good hands. We also enjoyed and amazing dinner and adult beverages served by another marvelous ambassador. That property rocked it for us and man, were we happy to be there.

There was one glaring problem with our visit, the elevators were not air conditioned. If you are dressed for the evening and had to get on a clammy elevator it could really **** your mood!! Also, in the fine print on your confirmation print out it says "no parking on site"...there was nothing but parking!!! If I had seen that before booking, I wouldn't have. Very misleading!!!
