We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Mid April seems to be a bit off season so we felt like we had the place to ourselves! The short walk to the ocean was well worth it. There too it was so quiet. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!! Several area attractions were a bonus.

The staff is so rude and Racist we were standing there for more than 2 hours they didn’t check us in they said Expedia didn’t send us the link that tell us your guys are staying in they when we miss our flight I did call the hotel they took my card keep 75 dollars to hold room when we went there they said there is no reservation the lady was so rude I requested we have kids please help us but she said call Expedia when we did so many times then you guys refund us we went to ask some rooms she said now we don’t have we were right there she said she had rooms worst experience ever

We liked how close the property was to the beach and restaurants, as wel as free chairs and bikes! Would love to stay again, however in a different location on the property. Our building had an outside entry that never locked- which was the only one we found like that - making us feel lesser secure in our room with who might be going through the building.

- being close to a public beach / beach access was great - pool area nice - breakfast included nice, but a real shame it's all served only in a disposable / single use way. the amount of plastic garbage produced every year just from this hotel must be immense, and this is just one of thousands. IHG as a leading global hotelier has an opportunity to lead the way on a more sustainable(and enjoyable) approach here. what ever happened to corporate efficiency/responsibility?

The room was large and comfortable, some stains on carpet but overall comfortable. We did have difficulty getting coffee resupplied but the front desk responded quickly when we complained. We were there at a high demand weekend so it was pricey for an equivalent property.

We enjoy staying here. It's close to family, and the beds are extremely clean and comfy with great bedding. Easy walk to the beach. The included breakfast is very convenient with varied good options. Staff is very kind in general. Location of the room was great this time, with balcony. Here is what went wrong this visit: tv & remote control/ tv was not working. We let it go because we prefer not to have teams/repair crew in our room during our 2 day stay, but we left a note notifying them when we left so they could fix for next guest. Bathrooms are not great, in our experience the shower& tubs need to be overhauled, ours didnt drain well and there was a bad smell in the shower curtain that made the bathroom smell icky. A simple curtain change would be great. Our biggest frustration was that the provided wifi Access code they gave us didnt work. Wifi stuff is easy for me, this code was simply not working. I called the front desk to ask for help and she said "sorry thats the only code we have". Shebsaid that seversl times instead of finding someone with an answer, so we spent our two days without wifi. Annoying, but we dealt with it, the response was just so unhelpful that I was taken aback. Overall, if you are visiting the area and need a quiet safe place to stay within an easy walk to the beach, that includes a breakfast, with a cozy bed, stay here. We have only ever encountered the 1 rude staff member in our stays. Everyone else has been just lovely.

In the future should anything be wrong with the room, our staff would be able to fix the issue upon being allowed to enter the room or we can provide a different room should the current one not meet your standards. For any issues with WIFI please refer to the support number located in the room, should the number not be located in the room please call the Front Desk! Also when logging into WIFI please enter the WIFI code in the access code field, not at the last name room number fields. We hope in future stays, your stay with us is better. Room had bugs , brought video down to front clerk . I had to move everything out of my room before i could go into new room. No handyman on site nobody to help as we already settled in. Nasty and disgusting. I minute walk to beach , not true at least a 15 minute walk. Place is nothing liked it showed it to be. I booked 2 rooms luckily they no bugs. Will never stay here ever again and never even offered any thing to compensate. Dont care but dont ever stay here. Its awful. I have pictures but cant attach. I wish i could. I have videos of the bugs crawling.

Many problems in the newly renovated room. Noisy refrigerator, doors on patio were not working (in both rooms). Fitness machines were all out of order (treadmill and sky machine).
