Convenient but not the best laquenta has to offer

Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: See above
Location: Dog show at the fair grounds
Reservations got confused air conditioning and ventilation were not good The shower curtain was too short

Hotel needs lit of maintenance

First day there was no water from 9.15pm to 3.45am. At breakfast the bagels are stale and eggs are almost frozen.

Unfortunately, the city had turned off the water to the area to maintenance a main line from 9p-4a. Our first room had a broken air conditioner, but we were able to move our stuff to a room nearby.

Went to graduation.... Flew in got to hotel .. Nice workers friendly Just the hotel is really outdated Could of went to Hampton inn for same price Next time I will

Wasn't expecting this hotel to be like this.

Pros: The alarm/ radio had charging ports for your phone or anything on the night stand.
Cons: The beds, one was high and one was low in the double bed room.
Location: There was nice shopping places in the area.
The toilet had no cover on it, the tub left the floor very wet.

There was a WORM IN bathtub. Tub Gurley when toilet was flushed. We didn't stay. Checked out!

NEVER AGAIN

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room cleanliness. Staff organization.
We arrived at 4pm. Check in was at 3pm. There were still no rooms ready. The front desk put our name on a list and suggested we go eat somewhere because it would be an hour wait. They took our phone number to call us when the room was ready. After an hour and a half we returned. They had already given the available rooms away because they lost the waiting list. We then had to wait another 40 minutes for a room. We were planning to attend a concert down the street. We didn't have time to shower and get ready because the room was not ready in time and we would have missed the show. The room was dirty and had a weird odor. We could not get out of there fast enough. Never again!

I am so sorry about the delay with check in on Friday, we definitely understand how important it is to be able to check in on time. As far as the cleanliness issues, that is not our standard. Clean room good staff but old facilities

We found that the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating but the facilities were old and in need of renovation or remodeling therefore my family and I were not comfortable
