We love PBHI! The location is perfect- close to the beach and to all the restaurants and shops. It's no frills, which we like because it also means not having to constantly tip for everything. The lobby kitchen is well stocked with breakfast food, snacks, homemade cookies, la croix, etc. The only negative is parking. We paid for the parking pass, but we would sometimes have to circle the block for hours to find a place we were allowed to park. One night I gave up after circling for an hour and got a $75 ticket. Next time we won't rent a car for the entire stay, just for part of it when we want to leave the island.

A lovely stay here with a 3 minute walk to the beach! Great towels and beach chairs as well. The breakfast/snack bar had lots of options including coffee all day. They even provided me with gluten free snacks/oatmeal so that I could fully enjoy! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Very good value (at least on weekdays which is when we were there). It's an old boutique hotel so don't expect anything too modern. It was a cute little place though and the staff were all very friendly. Also had lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the area!

Please fix the plumbing......the sink would always fill up and the toilet was not flushing properly....the water was luke warm, and the shower head was weak.....other than that...the carpet in the hallway on the second floor was no secure....the stay was grea howevert!

Location is excellent, but property is tired. Bed was comfortable. Bath is tight. Window style A/C runs constantly at a high volume. Overall, it was a decent stay. No parking lot and street passes were limited (we didn’t receive one). Street or nearby parking is doable. Best to know in advance where to go. I expected significantly nicer based on reviews. Staff are not on property before 9:30am or after 7pm. Phone calls route to call center.

The full Palm Beach Experience
This hotel was a delight. My husband and I stayed for two nights. Its quaint but doesn’t make you feel like you’re awkwardly staying in a small Inn. Everything was cute and clean and they had endless accommodations. Unlimited food, snacks, sodas, water and coffee downstairs and friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the hair dryer was very small and did not dry my hair well. 5 minute walk to the beach, and lots of food options at walkable distance. Also right next door to Chabad. Will stay again next time.

Property is in desperate need of renovation. No parking designated for guests. Close proximity to beach but I was there for business. Definitely not worth the rate I paid. Bathrooms tiny. It's a landmark building and not all improvements can be done in one go. We upgraded the hotel in 2020 and are constantly adding new updates. We wish you would have said something to us and we would have helped you with the luggage and accommodating you into a room with a larger bathroom. We have parking permits as well, but you didn't ask us for one. We are sorry you had an unpleasant stay, next time please inform us so we can help you in any way possible.
