the food at the bar went up by $4 and they didnt have the steak that was on the menu for almost 3 weeks, the salmon dish kept coming out different but the burgers were great and the siracha sirloin was great one they finally got it in. the ice maker on the 4th floor has been out of order 3/8/24 and still isn't working also the key cards had to be reset every day for this last 3 weeks i was there

After changing rooms because the bathtub was rusty, the second room offered was just as bad. Couldnt beeathe and had an asthma attack. Asked for my money back and receptionist couldnt help me. I had to find another hotel.

Have 3 rooms. One room had someone already in it! Another room had what looked like blood all in the tub/shower and the spout is broken. We did get another room to replace the one that had someone in it but had to keep the one with blood(they did send someone to clean it) and no bedding for sofa sleepers.

It was a good location for the two week's training I had, the pool and hot tub were clean the bar was nice but was out of certain liquor and likewise with the restaurant there, they seem to be out if stuff constantly. Both the bartenders were really good and very personable as well as attentive to customer needs. Front desk was okay abd helpful as well, tbe ckeaning staff let a bit to be desired, regularly not enough towels, no trash liners and I asked 3 days in a row to change my sheets after the first week stay, so it took 8 days with the same sheets. No at all happy about that but the front desk took cate of that after spoke to them about it.

This place Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton - North, an IHG Hotel I booked our room at least 1 week prior and the receptionist told us the room we booked was no longer available and there was no King size bed either. The receptionist told me there was only 2 queens size bedroom available to which I accepted it since there is no other choice. And then this is the crazy part she asked me for payment which I already swiped my card before I even realize that I should been already paid for since I booked it online. It was crazy! When we get into our room I told my husband to call the receptionist again and asked for her name. Later on our phone rang in our room and there was another guy a receptionist too that explained of what happened and he said he will refund us since the receptionist was very new and she doesn’t know that much yet. I was relieved at least the receptionist guy made an effort to call and had clarify things out to which I appreciate it. For me I understand we are not perfect and we do make mistakes, but if the client already told that she already booked and already paid for, you should at least call for help before make any decisions at your work especially if you’re a new employee to prevent any problems or escalations. FYI Expedia did nothing wrong here, it was the hotel itself who made the mistake! 😑

The property itself looked really nice but the single staff member i met was simply just disrespectful and rude completely denied my reservation even tho i made it almost a MONTH in advance really amazing place staff made it horrible couldnt even get in.

at hotel for 5 days ,on 2 days they did not clean room nor replace towels despite we asking to do such. We were late for a dinner reservation waiting for towels to be delivered to take a shower. rooms are old and need updating.not a place I would repeat .On a positive note woman who worked in restaurant was nice and helpful

My clienta arrived late as flight was delayed. When they arrived to property the hotel said, the had oversold the hotel and they couldn’t accommodate. They didn’t even offer a solution or help to find another hotel. Very bad experience!! Onsite manager worse.

Staff was very good. The room had a bad smell. After leaving the door open for about an hour went away. I suspect the AC needs to be replaced. The room was comfortable but a bit dated if you care about such things which I don't

The staff was very nice. The room was nice, but it had a problem with water emptying in the sink drain.

Fine, not great.
Definitely needs an update. Especially toilet and shower area Sink area was small but clean and updated. Bed clean and comfortable. Need to add free breakfast to make up for the lack of other shortcomings.b

Vrb booked us in here from Boynton Beach because vrb host did not honor our stay. Hotel is ok. Not enough towels in room for 5 guests, had to ask,no sheets, pillows. Quilt I room for sofa bed had to ask, funny smell in room, top of toilet tank gone replaced with some plastic cover too big, hair gross wrapped around buttons tv remote could not have been cleaned, back of toilet one cap broken lid previous peed it it not cleaned, mattress needs to be replace on sofa bed, well past it’s best time, hot tub jets did not work. Tired hotel

We were impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the handicap accessible room. Our biggest complaint is that the roll-in shower did not have a bench to sit on. How is a handicapped person going to shower?! A transfer bench needs to be installed immediately. .
