Staff not hospitable. A staff member actually yelled at me upon checking out and left and went in her room and shut the door??? Nobody else came out. GM nowhere to b found

Great location, nice clean room

This hotel is awesome. On site restaurant and bar, breakfast included. Pool, jacuzzi tub and great location. My family and I were comfortable and happy to stay there.

Nice quiet hotel.

Friendly staff - always acknowledged you even when attending to others. Their smiles, "good morning/evening" & "I'll be right with you" were quite refreshing! We travel a lot & have been disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement at some 4-star hotels. There was one young lady that worked the evening shift (front desk) that was exceptional. I'm sorry that I'm so bad wirh names or I would thank her now. Big, fairly clean suite - comfy bed & couch. Floor felt a bit sticky a couple of times & had to ask for replacement towels twice! Wish the balconies were accessible & not Juliet ones, so you could relax & enjoy the sunshine from the room. Decent breakfast: hot & cold with freshly made omelets. Shopping, restaurants & beaches are all close by. Used my GPS a lot at first. My favourite beach was Delray. Seems to be a very popular hotel. Good value for the money. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were super nice and check in was a breeze. The kitchen staff was amazing and their customer service can be rated as a five star. The bed and room felt and smelled like home, I would defiantly be coming back again.

could have been better

Stayed one night, had dinner at the hotel. The bar tender/waitress was more interested in chatting with her regular customers than a newcomer. Took over 5 minutes to order a beer and even longer to order dinner. There were about 6 customers in the entire place. In my room the shower was broken. That evening there was a large crowd in front of the hotel making a large amount of noise for several hours making it difficult to sleep. All in all not worth the price of the stay. Maybe just an anamoly for this place but it was my experience.

Anniversary trip

Pros: Location Pool Restaurant and Pool Bar
Cons: The carpeting
I return to Boca Raton every year to celebrate our anniversary and visit with old friends even though my husband passed away in 2015. I am familiar with the area so was comfortable staying at this location. I rented a suite for the week and was pleased but the dresser drawers were broken and in need of repair and the carpeting was unacceptable. The staff at the restaurant and Pool Bar were outstanding and made you feel very comfortable. I would consider returning to this hotel next year because as I said I am very familiar with the area and things are easy to get to from your hotel.

Convenient location

Pros: The atrium pool space, the weight room, and that it abuts the El Rio walking trail.
Location: right off 95, easy to get to every major thoroughfare in the city, yet it's just enough removed to keep out the bedlam
Front staff was great, staff in general very nice and hard working

Good price for access to my client

Pros: Bartender at the pool bar was funny
Cons: Fix the elevators
Nice place for a quick business visit. Elevator was broken but all else was very good.
