I did not like that the walls inside the room were patched up and not painted, there were cob webs in the corners, thumb tacks on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and overall a musty odor. Did not like this; will not stay again.

This property was booked by mistake and due to an issue with the app. We drove to the property I intended to book, and was informed I did not have a reservation there. After realizing I somehow booked this hotel, we drove here. Upon arrival, I went to enter the lobby and the door would not open. I walked to the other door, and there was a sign that said "use other door". I tried the original door again, which would not open. At this time a staff member walked up from out side and in a very rude tone told said "it's that door". He didn't point just exclaimed. I went to the other door, and he yelled, "it's that door". So I said it won't open do I just pull harder and yanked the door. He stared me down said it was that door and then said there is a button. So I looked for a button, come to find out you have to be buzzed in to the lobby, but there was no way for me to know and not sure why this guy was rude like I was supposed to know this. I then checked myself and coworker into 2 separate rooms. After walking by vagabonds and entering my room, it was obvious that I should not stay here. The smell was over whelming, patched holes covered the walls, ripped blankets, stains on the floor, sheets, and walls. I immediately walked out (coworker never even entered room), I turned in the key and told the desk I could not stay here. They told me to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me this hotel has to agree to refund. They would not, even with one room never entered.

The booking process and check in process was easy and quick, but once I got the room it smelled bad and dirty, lights were not plugged in, when I moved drawer to plug in light there were condom wrappers in the back, one open and two unopened, when I called front desk they told me it was cleaned sir, and that's it, when I asked for a manager i was told he would be in the next morning. When I checked out next morning, I was told manager doesn't come in until tomorrow morning, so did not get any resolution from them.

The room was suppose to be smoke free. You could smell the cigarettes,the bedding was all holes from cigarette burns. The floors were dirty. The ice machine did not work. The breakfast was a joke. The juice machine was broke and they had some packaged muffins. We paid way too much for this low kept property.

This was incredibly over priced and absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and stains on the sheets - so unclean that we had to sleep in our clothes. It appeared the door had recently been kicked in as it was all drywalled and there was a gap in the door. The bathroom was old and dingy and there were not enough towels. We felt incredibly robbed for what we paid - even at half the cost it would be way too much. It disappoints that Expedia.ca has this place on their site. All and all - terrible. At this price breakfast was not even offered.

Had ants in my room and think one got in my ear since sunday morning had discomfort/ fullness and pain itch as I went into bed Saturday night no issue and woke up Sunday morning and that was to the inconvenience. One on my bed one in the sink . To spend this $645 on this stay is very inconvenient of what I had to deal with . Today march 9 went to see the dr and. Had a compaction of wax inside my right ear and now I’m using wax removal to remedy the situation .
