Dirty and in need of a facelift.

Hotel is filthy and under construction which they don't tell you upon check-in. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional and down right rude. Wouldn't recommend this property to anyone

Great Hotel great value marginal staff

Second trip to FL and second experience with The Inn at Boyton Beach. The hotel is nice and we liked our accomodationo. The staff needs some customer service training and needs to be more attentive and accommodation to guests.

Cons: Breakfast
Location: More electrical outlets in lobby to charge your electronic devices
The Welcoming team was fantastic at the Lobby. The breakfast we needed hot water for the hot chocolate and could benefit of some fruits like bananas etc. the room once vacate needs to be ventilated or deodorized as some seems to be humid or with smoking odors. Overall the housekeeping staff was excellent. The guests friendly the atmosphere a nice stay. In the future will appreciate taxi at the door for easy access to shopping or tourists.

Very bad Hotel

I made it to the hotel the lady that check me in was very rude. I got my keys went to the room the floor was wet the room smell like mold it was just very bad room point blank period.... I ask if i can get another room she stated that the only room they have was a king size bed. i had to get my money back......

Pros: The room service is okay.
Cons: The hotel itself needs improvement.
It's been a terrible experience. This hotel needs a total restructure inside and outside.

Cons: A complete renovations of all the rooms.
There was mold around the air conditioner and the shower head had mold on the head itself. The carpet was disgusting, it felt like you were walking on a sponge

Hotel was not like pictures. Room was dirty and so on was property. Never stay again
