We had a wonderful stay at The Seagate Hotel. We were first greeted by Murray, who was incredibly helpful in describing the different amenities offered by the hotel as well as the surrounding area. While we waited for our room (we were early), we hopped over to the Beach Club which is great. The pool is heated, the beach is relaxing and the area is calm and beautiful. The staff at the Beach Club were attentive and the drinks and food were great. We had a great stay overall and would definitely return!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The shuttle to the beach club downtown dining was a great touch which we used every day at least once. Rooms were clean and quiet, I was very happy with our stay and will return

The hotel is an average property- it needs to be updated for the rates they charge for stay and food . I most likely will not stay again because I can stay at a nicer property for this price point . Beach club is lovely, food and drink amazing and Staff kept it clean, and beach chairs were a nice perk but extremely over priced . Staff is wonderful and everything is always clean. The room Was large but balcony facing parking lot was a huge disappointment. Maybe plant some trees for ambiance . Our room sink was barely working along with fridge overheating . Spa was lovely especially Carolynn . Highly recommend the massage . All in all wasn’t horrible but not worth the price .

We loved our spacious room. It was conveniently located on Atlantic avenue near tons of restaurants and shops. The beach club is great. Wish there was more seating. But always have chairs on the beach. The car service was an added benefit.

It was ok but your people need to update themselves as far as appearance and friendliness. Not very well versed with dealing with the public . I was charged with parking and I don’t even have a car . If I wasn’t paying attention I would have paid for it . The only person I met that was awesome was the women that runs the gift shop on occasion who is originally from New York and now lives in DelRay

The property was close to the beach and provided transportation to a private beach Lounge chairs, umbrellas and beverage service were available at the beach and the pools. The property was a bit outdated and definitely overpriced. Not only did they charge over $600 a night but also felt it necessary to charge $40 per night for parking and a resort fee on top of that. The restaurant was good for breakfast but dinner was way too expensive for the setting, $400 for 4 people with only 2 drinks. Fortunately there were other restaurants in the area. I wouldn’t stay there again. Many other quality options in the area

The shuttle service was not what they said it was...first come, first served. Although we were there first and waited nearly 10 min for the shuttle, we were told we would have to wait until it took another couple who arrived after us to the beach club first.

I have been in the area for work a few times over the last couple of months. This is the only place i will stay. Convenient to dining, shopping, and the beach. They have transportation. The staff is always friendly. They also accept pets.

We had stayed at the seagate many years ago and had not been happy but decided to try again. What a difference. The rooms are comfortable, the staff delightful, the convenience of a jitney and the lovely beach club were great. The dining room was excellent. Lunch at the private beach club was a delicious and relaxing way to spend part of one’s afternoon. The only major complaint was the constant unpleasant odor in our room. It smelled as if something was coming through a ventilation or plumbing system from bathrooms up our line. We kept thinking it would go away but it greeted us and stayed for the vacation.
