One night stay

Pros: It was close to the horseshoe pits we were playing at.
Cons: The smell of the rooms. Very musty smelling.
We were only there for one night as we were playing in a horseshoe tournament. When you walk into the room it smells very musty smelling, but then you must get used to it. The beds were comfortable, nice shower, and the room had a fridge & microwave. Overall, a nice place.

Look elsewhere!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hire personnel that that are hospitality minded.
Location: Several very good other hotels.
After driving some 10 hours straight and arriving at about 10:00 PM, we unloaded the car and settled into the room only to find that the TV did not work! Phoning the front desk, we were told that she was the only one working (This is a Holiday Inn brand?!?) and she had no knowledge of the TV or how to make it work, and hung up on us! (This person is in the Hospitality Field??) After more failed attempts to operate the TV, we decided it was an incorrect remote, and requested a room change. My partner and I approached the front desk and asked the person for a room change. She attempted to locate a room, when my partner started asking some relevant questions; When a room was located, I asked the desk clerk if the room was on the far side of the building. At that point, she lost all control, became indignant, slammed whatever device she was using to locate the room, and defiantly stated that she would not change the room! After some back-and-forth about a refund, she then said to leave the lobby! This is to two elderly people in their 70's and 80's!!! I said that I was going to call the police, and her comment was "Go ahead, see if they will even show up!" Upon exiting the lobby, this room clerk uttered comments reminiscent of grade school playground! The police responded, and we were told the desk clerk requested that we leave the premises! An irate, obstinate room clerk, the police, an elderly couple---Holiday Inn, you should-be-ashamed.

Great stay

Nice location hotel close to Flagler beach, restaurants. Pool area nice and clean ,room was also spacious and clean . Staff members were very friendly .Yany was amazing at breakfast she was helpful to all guest and her smile made of all us feel like we were home.

Having been forced to leave a different hotel at 5 pm on a Saturday night the holiday inn was an oasis. Not only did it save our mini vacation, but enhanced it

Great location, great beach, great restaurants

A great location for relaxing. Just 3 miles from the beach and has great local restaurants. Very comfortable beds, great AC. Spent days at the beach, napped in afternoons, found great local restaurants for dinner and then got great nights sleep. Perfect for relaxing

Unpleasant smell

The stay was great but there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I have learned to just improvise. I sprayed the room with some of my Bath and Body works body spray and sprayed the room. It is important to remember before someone check in a room, make sure the smell is pleasant. Other than that everything else was great!
