Convenient, clean, comfortable. My room did not have carpeting, which I prefer. I would come back and would recommend.

Looking for hotel in area, this was available

Pros: good price, the room was just what we wanted.
Cons: Might need more help at the breakfast bar on a busy day.
Location: We wanted to go to beach, not far. Also went up to St. Augustine to see Christmas lights.
All was good, stopped in before our room was ready. the hostess said she would call us when our room was ready. while we went the the beach. she give us good directions to beach. the breakfast bar was good, a little business, some things low. still had a good breakfast.

Hear everything

The hotel staff was nice. The room looked like they were in the process of updating. The bathroom could of been cleaner. At night our toilet kept running and we could hear everything in the hallway and parking lot. Walls were so thin. We booked it on Expedia, when I checked out the hotel charged a $5 fee per night when questioned they said the booking company charges the fee. They told me they reversed it, we'll see when I get the credit card bill. Make sure you be careful and review charges before leaving.

They gave us a handicap bathroom king size bed and got a full size bed the TV didn't work the breakfast is cold

Not good

Cons: The pillows and beds
The person that checked us in was wonderful. The room is big and also has a mini fridge. However, I tried falling asleep for an hour but the pillows and the bed are horrible So instead of using a pillow I laid my head on the bed which I haven't done since I was a baby and finally fell to sleep.

I booked a handicapped room by mistake and when I told staff, I was changed to a suite. Much better and comfortable.

OK place.

Pros: Centrally located to where we needed to b.
Cons: Lids for coffee from downstairs at breakfast time so that we could bring upstair. A.c. In hallway was super noisy and our room was right next to it.
Location: Near 95 in Palm Coast. Close to shopping and neighborhoods. About 15 minutes to the beach.
Nothing fancy, just the basics. Room had a queen bed, pull out couch, fridge, safe, and microwave. Bed was a little squeaky and hallways and upstairs were noisy. Maybe not well insulated but overall an OK place for the price. Stayed two nights. The second night was not noisy.

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, location and nearby food and services, ie gas.
Cons: Really only issue I saw was that the pool was closed, allthough it looked clean and I didn't feel there was anything wrong with it but was still close
Location: Great off exit, food available, nice buffet in the am.
nice place, very good staff, clean room, BUT!, BOTH times I have stayed, the pool was closed. I feel that amenity should be addressed.

Bugs

Walked in and thought it was a really nice hotel. UNTIL I got to the room. I found 4 ticks (which is sad to say that I was actually HOPING they were ticks and not bed bugs) on the beds. Also, had to call the front desk and have the bathroom cleaned as there was dirt all over the floor and toilet and counter top. My husband didn’t think the sheets on my sons bed had been changed. Overall, I will never stay at one of these hotels. The fear I have over possibly having bed bugs is awful. Never again.
