This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. I appreciate the extra thoughtful touch that a few Keurig coffee pods were provided to get us through our first morning. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed.……

“This unit is on the ground floor and not far from the pool with the beach just beyond. The beach is near the Cocoa Beach Pier with many dining and lounge options. The unit is beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time! The host is very responsive to communication and truly wants the guests to have a great experience. The kitchen appliances and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The only minor negatives were the absence of a larger frying pan and sauce……

“Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.”

“Something happened where a guest made the sprinklers turn on above; the owner was so classy; he upgraded our room graciously. We would 100 percent recommend this place! Furthermore: The turtles are is season! About 60-75 days the green turtles eggs will hatch! This is the perfect place for that! We saw the tracks! This is a perfect place to get away with perfect restaurants all around. Everything is upgraded and the views where amazing!”
