What Could Have Been

Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: The pool is really refreshing during the hot days a great place to catch the sun and tan. The hot tubes are fun for the nights.
Cons: Not enter someone's room when they request that you don't enter the room.
Location: Nothing much. There's a Vons and a couple of eateries but that's it. If you're willing to drive there's an outlet and casino nearby.
I came here to relax and that's exactly what I did for the first night of my two night stay. While the second was pure stress due to a mistake made by the hotel staff. My girlfriend and I decided to leave the room to grab a bite to eat and do some light shopping at the outlets near by and decide not to pick up and just leave the "do not disturb" sign up. When we got back the sign was on the floor stuck between the door and floor so we quickly figured someone entered our room... they did, it was the housekeeping staff which cleaned our room (I know what your thinking what's the big deal). The big deal was that we had our privacy invaded, personal items moved around, and when we did an inventory check we had two items missing including an item that had sentimental value to my girlfriend. The rest of night was just horrible because of that one missing item and the uncomfortable feeling that came from having someone go into your room when they weren't suppose too. Long story short the guy at the front desk did an excellent job relating to our situation and a wonderful job at doing everything he could to make sure the items were found, which when our check out time came they were. The facilities themselves are cool. The pool was clean and well maintained, the hot tubes were warm and relaxing, and the rooms were really clean and cozy. Overall this place is a great value for anyone who wants to have a weekend getaway where all they want do is sleep and unwind.

Looking for a hotel to get away

This hotel made me feel at home. I love that they had the 24 hour pool access. It was awesome. I would for sure come back. The room was clean and the bar was the cherry on top:)

Nice Hotel Overlooking Pool in the Desert

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Beautiful pools, swaying palm trees in the courtyard and majestic mountain views coupled with upgraded showers and bathroom facilities.
Cons: A little work needs to be done to some of the roofing and the parking lot -- neither of which affected my stay.
Location: There is an excellent restaurant across the street that all the locals go to -- it is zapopan mexican food desert hot springs.
The pool facilities consist of two mineral pool jacuzzis one protected by wind by a canopy with sliding doors and the other fully in the open. The main pool is large and heated to a regular lap pool temperature. The rooms are individually decorated and they come with large oversized beds with six pillows. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of grocery stores nearby if you want to bring back something for the morning or have a cold drink. Overall the experience and value for the price is excellent. There are a few minor detraction's, such as weekend teenagers coming in during the weekends, but any noise they make is quickly silenced by the onsite security. Aqua Soleil aims to please and they were quick to combine my two reservations into one so I would not need to change rooms during my stay and they also provided me with allergen free pillows (non-feather). Unlike most people staying at the hotel, I spend 5 nights so I rate the experience as above average.

Look no more If seeking affordable & pleasant stay

Posted Aug 10, 2015
A nice, clean, lively and affordable hotel close to casinos, downtown Palm springs, etc. Perks of this hotel are that there are no resort fees or parking fees, pool and spas are mineral water and open 24hrs. They don't care if you consume food, drinks and even alcohol at the pool😊. Great food and drinks at bar & restaurant. The average age during our stay was thirty something... The pool, common areas , building and room were clean and well maintaned. Loved the vanity area outside the bathroom. Room decor was very retro chic Palm springs style. Staff very nice! Downside.... The wind really picks up in the late afternoon, and there is a bit more noise due to the privilege of using the pool area 24 hours. Great deal overall!

So close to being a great place.

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Decent place with great potential. Nice pool facilities that unfortunately become too crowded with children to really enjoy. Potato chip bags and other litter blowing across the water. My room was nice and quiet. Good beds, terrible TV. Didn't receive the advertised channels. The shower had a strange feature; no soap tray. Liked I said, nice place, but could be so much better. I won't even talk about the restaurant.

Hot Spring Hotel

Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Hot springs, staff, room.
Cons: Fix the air conditioning in the elevator, it seemed like the heater was on.
Facilities were good and the hot springs were very pleasant, even though it was around 90 degrees outside even around 11 PM. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for the price.

Nice clean hotel but nothing nearby to see or do.

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Great pool, jaccuzi and mineral water.
Cons: Better training for their employees.
Location: We went several miles away to Palm Springs for meals and activites. We could have gotten a similar room for a similar price in PS.
The KAFE was not open and I was expecting it to be open. When I I asked for a recommendation for a place to eat the clerk seemed not to know the area very well.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel just have to be prepared for the restaurant that's not open all the time you have to travel out the area for entertainment but the staff was very very good, very clean. hotel rooms could use a little updating.
