Great location and friendly staff. Even at 104 degrees, the room was cool and comfortable.

loud room next-door

room next-door was extremely loud they wouldn't turn down the music even after management told him to I couldn't sleep all night

Quiet and friendly hotel. Right in the middle of old Palm Springs. Easy to walk to anywhere or take the free shuttle around the area.

Close to downtown Palm Springs.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and I enjoy the grounds and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast room is nice too, easy to eat on the run.

Stark renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel.

Pros: Die Poolanlage
Cons: Der Außenbereich, die Treppenbereiche reinigen, abgefallenen Putz erneuern
Location: Das Hotel liegt zentral, in der Parallelstraße unzählige Geschäfte,
Nur die Poolanlage konnte gefallen. Es ist im Außenbereich stark renovierungsbedürftig. In einem sehr kleinen Raum wird das Frühstück angeboten. Zum Glück kann man auch draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück wird als sehr umfangreich dargestellt; ist es aber wohl nur für Amerikaner. Für als Deutschem war es wie in den meisten anderen Best Western Hotels auch endtäuschend: Nur süßes Zeugs wie Kuchen, Honig und Marmelade auf nur Toastbrot. Hier allerdings wurden durch eine Köchin auch Eierspeisen angeboten. Einem Freund würde ich dieses 2 bis 3 Sterne Haus nicht anbieten, aber jedem Amerikaner, denen scheint so etwas zu genügen.

Pros: Free breakfast included 2 egg omelets cooked to order.
Cons: You need to open 2 cabinet drawers to get refrigerator door to open.
Location: One block walk from main shopping area and dining.
Decent bed and shower, large room. Mine opened up to the pool. Heated hot tub. Free breakfast.

Relaxing Getaway

Service was great! Breakfast was okay, handy to have it free right there in the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to shopping and restaurants.
