You get what you pay for

Didn’t expect much for the price and that is what I got. Low price, low experience. Worn out lobby, noisy room, and tired worn out feel. Outside looks new, inside shows wear. Wall lights in the room were barely hanging on to the wall. Every lampshade at an odd angle giving it a funhouse feeling. Depressing dark wall colors making it even stranger feeling. Little attention to sound proofing the rooms. You could here EVERYTHING in the hall from inside the room. Every shower, toilet flush, and hall conversation and door opening & closing can be heard. Take your earplugs.

Hotel was a let down !

Location: I was on a conference.
Photos of the front of the hotel were very impressive and the front facade of the hotel was actually pretty good. However that was it. The inside of the hotel is very old and not maintained up to the standard. The inside lobby, the elevator and the corridors were very old. The room was just ok. The continental breakfast everyday was substantially below standard. There was no bread or butter or bagel or milk or juice or fruit. Just some packed muffins, and oatmeal cereal packets and coffee. on second and third day there were some bars. No place to even sit down to eat the breakfast. All in all the place cannot be repeated or recommended. DISAPPOINTED!

Checking in was the nicest part of this hotel stay. I have to say that I was a little disappointed to find out that the breakfast in the morning consisted of packaged oatmeal, packaged muffin, or a protein bar. Oh yes, and coffee. It was not your typical breakfast, nor continental breakfast. On top of that, when I was in my hotel room I heard the people above me, and the people to my sides. At one point, in the evening, I almost called the front desk because a man was screaming violently for about 20 minutes either on the phone or to somebody in his room right next door to me. That room number was 131. I actually thought he was going to hurt someone, and as I am in ecurity, I felt I may need to pull my sidearm and see what was going on. As for the kitchenette, there was nothing readily available. There was a note saying I could call for kitchen supplies, but by the time I figured out there were none, I decided to just go out and eat. As I do travel quite a bit, even though this is my first travel venture with Expedia, I would not recommend this hotel.

Bed lousey, breakfast coffee and muffin/granola bar, shower only warm - not hot. All this for @200./night?!

Hotel looks great on the outside but old and dirty on the inside. The advertised breakfast was a muffin or granola bar. Holes in the linens and stains in the bathroom.

Bare bones. No coffee pot in room ; no shampoo et c ; no shuttle to airport. We paid $9 for taxi to take us 5 minutes to air port. Breakfast was standing(no table) in the lobby eating a muffin or instant oatmeal, coffee. Not much value for the price.

basic hotel at very high price

very basic Motel with some really weird people. Ended up staying here because it was the cheapest hotel in the area during some big tennis tournament. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes and somebody's fish cooking. Rooms are small but clean, little kitchenette, basic bathroom, basic bed, basic everything. Looks really nice on the outside, but inside it's an upgraded Motel 6 for 250 per night, not worth the money.

Lost

Reservation was “lost” but the only employee working just didn’t know how to find the reservation. We were homeless in Palm Springs during a busy conference and tennis tournament. Another customer asked for a coffee maker and was given a pot. No shampoo or towels for guests. Bad smells in lobby. Thankfully we didn’t need to stay here
