The room that we stayed in, the floor was filthy dirty. The towels had black hairs in them which were not ours. In the kitchen faucet, you need to have a flow regulator or screen as the water bursts out of the faucet. Also there were people up above making noise until later in the evening. It would not be on our list of returning hotels.

Pros: NEAR DOWNTOWN
SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND WANS NOT HAPPLY WITH THAT WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW TO COME AND CLEAN THE ROOM

ok hotel

Pros: free breakfast!
Cons: comfort of beds
Location: quick short drive to main strip in Palm Springs
went to palm springs for 1 night. perfect hotel for just a quick sleep and go kinda trip. My only concern was when we checked in and got to the room, our door was open. I was worried someone was in the room when we walked in.

$60 a night hotel at best!

Upon arrival I was told that the water line had ruptured and that it would be back on within the hour. 6 hours later the water was restored. The rooms are clean and well kept, however the bed was hard as a rock and my shoe would have worked better than the pillows they provided. For the money it was definitely not worth the stay. This is at best a $60 a night hotel. They say Free internet, but the internet thats free is not acceptable for any purpose, so you need to upgrade. Not expensive, but deceptive advertising. Also the TV had a volume issue and was difficult to hear, not to mention see as it sat upon a dresser that was a little lower than the bed so it made it difficult to see.

close to convention center

Room was not ready at check-in time Water was shut off for a couple of hours AC was okay when running but when off was warm in room Picture quality on tv was poor
