The room smell bad and the bed sheet were dirty.

I will never stay at this hotel Again. The rooms are not clean and the sheets are dirty.

The experience was horrible there was female hair in the comforter on the toilet and the the tub was dirty

Economical hotel close to downtown

Bare bones hotel but good value for a highly expensive area. Not many amenities on site but close to downtown

Noisy and outdated rooms

We stayed here one night. 6 adults + 3 small children. Chose this location because it's close to airport. Rooms were so noisy ! We could hear neighbours beside AND above us. Rooms not soundproof. Rooms are clean but dated. Disappointed to find the price we paid through Expedia.ca was much higher than if we had booked directly through hotel. Although the exterior of this hotel is lovely .. the interior was not a fair reflection of the price we paid. I expected more for $170 (ish) rooms.

Extended stay?

Looks nice from the outside. Smells terrible inside. Bedding old. Tv remote barely worked. Had to ask for one to begin with. Had to ask for light bulb & lamp shade to be put in. Breakfast is packaged muffins & coffee. That's it. No kitchen supplies, you have to ask for them. Pay $20 more & stay somewhere nicer.

Horrible stay! Just Nasty

I would never recommend my biggest enemy to stay here. My room was dirty and used still so we got a different room; next room wasn't much better.. still dirty and the smells throughout the "hotel" smelt rotten and moldy. Extremely disappointed and major waste of money

nice hotel really close to the downtown area

Pros: everything was great
Location: close to downtown area shopping centers and the airport
when we got there it was nice and clean didnt smell, looks really nice a new building. its close to the downtown area and the airport. overall very good

Squatters Quarters

While I realize this is not the Ritz, I don't think it's too much to expect basic comfort and safety. My single night here was spent with the next door neighbor screaming at the top of his lungs while repeatedly punching the wall behind the headboard of the bed. Then, in the morning, I discovered that the smoke alarm had been covered with wet toilet paper - presumably by a previous occupant wanting to smoke pot undetected - and left untouched by housekeeping since. I informed the front desk clerk but he didn't seem terribly concerned or surprised.

Pros: Parking good, near where I wanted
Cons: Finish the remodel Better "continental breakfast " pretty lame
Location: Location was fine
Room was OK but expected more things like glasses in a room called extended stay ... Continental breakfast was poor.
