Pros: NEAR DOWNTOWN
SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND WANS NOT HAPPLY WITH THAT WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW TO COME AND CLEAN THE ROOM

ok hotel

Pros: free breakfast!
Cons: comfort of beds
Location: quick short drive to main strip in Palm Springs
went to palm springs for 1 night. perfect hotel for just a quick sleep and go kinda trip. My only concern was when we checked in and got to the room, our door was open. I was worried someone was in the room when we walked in.

close to convention center

Room was not ready at check-in time Water was shut off for a couple of hours AC was okay when running but when off was warm in room Picture quality on tv was poor

The lobby area is less than inviting

Pros: The staff friendliness and room cleanliness.
Cons: Utensils made available in the rooms without having to order each tiny item one at a time.
Overall experience was positive. The lobby area was less than inviting in need of much paint, floor care, cleanliness and "curb appeal". Some more attention to decor is a must. First impressions are first impressions, and the lobby was not a good first impression.

Close to the airport.

Pros: Nearness to the airport
Cons: sound proofing
Location: close to airport and tramway and getting onto Route 10
We chose it because it was close to the airport. Not in the busy part of town. There were some very noisy guests next door but that is not the fault of the hotel except perhaps in soundproofing as we could almost hear their conversations.

Far away from downtown activities.

Cons: Update the rooms. Need restaurant on site and offer room service if wanted.
Location: Far away from anything besides a Del Taco.
Far away from downtown activities. There is nothing out by the hotel. Need to take cabs at certain points due to coldness or darkness. Room is nothing special.

Reasonably priced hotel near Palm Springs Airport

Smell of Common Area

POSITIVE - They offered a grab and go breakfast that had a couple of choices, coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. The staff was pleasant. NEGATIVE - The smell of vomit or sewer in the common areas / hallway was overwhelming. Thankfully the room did not have the same smell. Since this was an Extended Stay, I was expecting to have a few dishes in the room already, at least coffee mugs but there was nothing. You could order the dished to meet your needs but I was unable to do that. The beds had a thread-bare comforter from the 70's. There were dust bunnies under the bed and the tub plug was broken. I would not stay here again.

close to downtown

Cons: the breakfast ; was only coffee and instant oatmeal and breakfast bars, right at the lobby in front of where check in desk , right at the hallway .
there was not washcloth in the bathroom , there was only 1 small shampoo and no conditioner .
