Huge Room -- Nice!

The room I had was bigger than my LA apartment! There was even a full-size refrigerator. The room was even nice and cool when I checked in which was much appreciated since it was sweltering outside. The staff was great too -- I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

Lucky no bed bugs experience in our room or dirty carpet. Away from smoking area. Breakfast not worth it but it's the cheapest during Memorial Weekend for a swim meet. Wifi is so slow. Good Location.

Please see reviews on yelp, THEY ARE ACCURATE! In regards to Bed bugs Luckily i only seen two dead on boxspring near the headboard. The room smelled okay, it was clean EXCEPT the dresser, TV, AC and headboard were dirty with hand marks and who know what else. We're a typical latino family who travel to surrounding states often and (always use Extended stays) but this was the worst. Per a yelp review a guest stated the hotel was used to house Ex cons well its true, one gentleman was in the lobby making small talk stating hes been there for 4 yr under the countys care. When you walk in the lobby you can see the filthy floors not even a quick sweap, it was sticky, hair and dirty. Now this was Memorial Weekend so we didn't have many options to change hotels. The building doesnt feel safe,there is ONLY one elevator, the stair cases are dark and not well lit. If you have children who play on the floor do not stay here. The snack breakfast was a joke, oatmeal, coffee, tea, granola bars.

Fair price for room

Pros: easy to get to. Close to downtown area, supermarkets.
Cons: Just clean up the less traveled areas. Parking lot is pretty littered.
Location: Downtown PS street fair.
On the outside, this hotel looks pretty good. But housekeeping in stairwells and elevator needs to be improved. Also the dirty windows...shame.

nice hotel close to town and main streets.

Pros: location
Friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Included a kitchen area which was nice. Easy to find. Nice exterior.

Pros: NEAR DOWNTOWN
SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND WANS NOT HAPPLY WITH THAT WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW TO COME AND CLEAN THE ROOM

ok hotel

Pros: free breakfast!
Cons: comfort of beds
Location: quick short drive to main strip in Palm Springs
went to palm springs for 1 night. perfect hotel for just a quick sleep and go kinda trip. My only concern was when we checked in and got to the room, our door was open. I was worried someone was in the room when we walked in.

$60 a night hotel at best!

Upon arrival I was told that the water line had ruptured and that it would be back on within the hour. 6 hours later the water was restored. The rooms are clean and well kept, however the bed was hard as a rock and my shoe would have worked better than the pillows they provided. For the money it was definitely not worth the stay. This is at best a $60 a night hotel. They say Free internet, but the internet thats free is not acceptable for any purpose, so you need to upgrade. Not expensive, but deceptive advertising. Also the TV had a volume issue and was difficult to hear, not to mention see as it sat upon a dresser that was a little lower than the bed so it made it difficult to see.
