While I realize this is not the Ritz, I don't think it's too much to expect basic comfort and safety. My single night here was spent with the next door neighbor screaming at the top of his lungs while repeatedly punching the wall behind the headboard of the bed. Then, in the morning, I discovered that the smoke alarm had been covered with wet toilet paper - presumably by a previous occupant wanting to smoke pot undetected - and left untouched by housekeeping since. I informed the front desk clerk but he didn't seem terribly concerned or surprised.

It is not a fancy place, but it is a bed shower and a table. If you stay awhile its got a kitchen All and all not great but not bad. 65 out of 100

Looked nice from street. Trash can near parking was overflowing. Maybe need more staff. Staff who was on duty were nice busyou. Worst part was no sitting room or extra bathroom in anywhere.

Just an overnight but was fine.

Pros: Within walking distance of downtown.
Cons: As Above.
Location: Good ameneties.
Room was fine. The aircon was a little noisy, and there was no cutlery on the kitchenette. Otherwise was good.

Most staff went above and beyond

Pros: Don, Jerri, and Dawn were awesome. They all made sure to answer questions and really listen. These the made my stay comfortable.
Cons: One staff member (Tim) lacked customer service skills and did as little as possible during his shifts. He was no where to be be found during his overnight shifts. Coffee was put out late on his shift. And I witnessed his inability to handle customer complaints.
Location: There are fabulous restaurants in the area. My favorite was Rueben and Ozzy's. There is a casino, walk of stars, and celebrity home tours.

Not up to par

Location is great, staff was nice however I can not say the same for the hotel. The grounds were absolutely terrible, trash everywhere, dog poop, pee, etc. Landscaping is not kept up either. Breakfast was coffee, cereal bars, quick oatmeal and small store bought muffins served on a cart right at the entrance. No room to sit down and eat. For $156 I would go somewhere else.

Fine, inexpensive place to stay.

This isn't a hotel, it is more of an apartment building with hotel-sized rooms. It is very spartan, but you can get kitchenware if you want to cook in the kitchen in your room. There is a pool, but nothing else - no restaurant or gym or anything else you'd expect at a hotel. There is no daily room service either. Rooms are in slight disrepair (carpet patches, chips in counter, floors warped) It is an inexpensive place to stay, so expect to get what you pay for. For what I paid, I'd stay again if I wanted a cheap trip.

Pool was not working for 2 days of our 4 day stay rooms come with nothing u need 2 get items from front desk would never stay there again

Location: Close drive to Downtown Palm Springs & stores.
Nice staff. Dog feces & urine right outside the main door. Feces everywhere. My floor was not mopped. He look like dog poop was cleaning up but the floor was not mopped. The maids didn't even have a mop on their cart. Just bring your slippers & Lysol. I would never go back.

Good, Basic Travel Hotel

Location: There's a 24 hour Del Taco nearby. Fun!
Want clean sheets and hot water in Palm Springs? This is your place. Look, this place isn't going to knock your socks off or want you to write home to your family. It's your basic, clean business traveler's hotel for those who want a roof over your head. You'll get a clean room, laundry facilities, a friendly staff and not much more... Oh, a pool for the scorching heat of Palm Springs, but I doubt you'll be there much if you're staying at this place.
