The property and rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was great. Checking in with Cain was a breeze even though I kept trying to tap my car he was understanding and patient as he kept telling me to insert card, not once did he catch an attitude so I appreciated that! Breakfast was great, too. It had the typical American breakfast: eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, toasts, bagel and lemon scone. I loved their waffle station! The waffle mix was great, too. The two ladies working it were on top of restocking and refills, and made it enjoyable. Checking out thru a text was easy, too. The app didn’t work for me so there may be a backend, or at the very least, an UX design problem. The only con I found staying here was the water pressure. I’m used to a more waterfall shower head experience in other hotels. Yet, it wasn’t totally bad, it’s just my personal preference.

Very ugly and dated rooms and lobby- pool is in a gas station parking lot. Smelly rooms and the windows don’t open. My impression of Hampton Inn has changed for the worse - I had perviously thought of Hampton Inns as reliably clean and comfortable. Not this one. . Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

We sincerely regret that our property did not meet your expectations but are thankful that our team delivered excellent customer service! We recently completed a total renovation of our lobby, breakfast area and pool. Our pool is surrounded by a high wall and planters with bushes and flowers which block the view of the gas station but allow our guests to enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountains. Our guest rooms were updated with new closet doors, counter tops, cabinets, mirrors and coat hangers. We exchanged our mattresses and had our tub resurfaced this year as well.
