The policies and the staff communication of them was just awful. It was so ridiculously bad that I ended up filing a corporate complaint. As of now, no effort was made by management to even talk to me, much less apologize or try to make it right. I would certainly never stay at this property again and am on the fence about ever staying at any Hilton in the future.

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Our original room #257 had a sulphuric odor and a clogged sink. Fortunately after one night we were able to change to #256 and it was much better. Did find a bug in the new room but it’s the desert. Lots of bugs live in the desert.

I liked that I convenience of the fitness room, and that there were breakfast and dinner provided here. The staff was also very welcoming and polite. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend this place to friends and family.

Overnight stay
Easy parking, front desk people very friendly and kind. Room smelled very musty. I went to the front desk to let them know and they immediately put me into a different room which was a little better but I noticed that the sheets were also very musty in the second room. Other than that I did sleep well, with lots of pillows :-)

Upon arrival my room had a horrible smell! Maintenance came put some very strong chemicals down the drain and gave me room spray. I was trying to put my baby down for a nap. I complained a second time and I was finally moved to a different room. If I hadn’t have booked this through Expedia I would have asked to be compensated!
