Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating
Cons: Hotel appearance.
Location: Restaurant, shops and casino
Hotel needs some remodeling done. There was rust around the pool area. The air conditioning unit was very loud at night when trying to sleep.

Was a very nice hotel with nice staff. There was a plumbing issue when I was there but they were very apologetic about it and did not seem to have known about it. Great stay at the Hyatt Palm Springs!

Nice Get-a-Way

Posted Aug 17, 2015
The hotel is nice and the location is central to the local happenings. The swimming pool experience could use improvement ie; service very slow some servers had attitude. A lot of trash around pool deck. The buffet was good. I am not an egg lover by any means but the omelet station was really good as well as the fresh fruit.

Close to everything

Stains on bed Stains on couches Room smelled Changed rooms Shower didn't drain in second room, felt disgusting. Poor house cleaning because they would forget to refuel my coffee cups, coffee cream, etc. I didn't feel fresh and clean walking into my room every time. Manager gave us 50 credit and waived resort fees. He seemed to have to do that for a lotttt of customers as I over heard him. Won't stay there again, but over one of our best trips in Palm Springs, so whatever.

Upgrades needed but HUGE room

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Upgrades needed throughout the hotel
Older hotel and the lobby is very nice but the rest of the hotel needs upgrading as its very worn. The fitness center was GREAT, the location is perfect but small pool area and pool itself is pretty small. Upon entering the room the toilet was not flushed so that was not a great first impression and the bathtub was half way full of water.

Nice place overall but with some issues

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Generally speaking hotel is ok and if you can survive a karaoke night every night until 11pm that rocks your room and half the city then you'd be ok renting a room here. They charge $25 for overnight parking, and some other "resort fees." They have an acceptable breakfast buffet for which they charge even guests up to $20.

Nice close to the center of downtown.

Pros: Everything was nice, it's always my first choice when I am in Palm Springs.
Cons: There was construction going on and it started early in the morning, but they are making improvements so I understand.
Location: The location was great near the center of town.
Everything was nice. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and were allowed to check in early.
