Do not stay here. Hidden fees!!! They do not come off! Staff lies and tells you they will fall off. They don't! It's weird, not in a good way. It's dirty, has bugs, and we.

We’ve stayed at the Indian Wells Resort a number of times over many years and have enjoyed staying at this hotel. However, the cleanliness and upkeep have declined over the last couple of years. Last week, we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and the pool deck was not cleaned during our stay as the same trash and debris were there all three days. In addition, we found cockroaches in our room. We made the staff aware of this issue and they were apologetic and did offer us to move rooms. Also, we tried to order drinks from their menu and were told that they didn’t have a blender to make the drinks. We’re disappointed because we’ve loved staying here over the years but based on our last experience we are hesitant to return to the Indian Wells Resort!!

I found this resort to be one of best experiences I've ever had. Amazing environment, lovely people and staff, and very convenient transportation. Highly recommend it to my peers.

Stayed for 4 days, I was able to check in with no problem and the night staff gentleman was great. Once I got to the room though, oh boy. Phone wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working and the TV would loose signal every time I walked or moved in bed. I called the front desk in the morning and they did nothing. I had to end up using my personal phone to call for room service or needed fresh towels lol craziest experience ever. To finalize, I think the staff was ok but the facility is just an upper scale motel 6 with a balcony window.

This hotel is nostalgia place. Pool is very dirty, one day I tried but this is not an excuse for them, poor management for that. Internet connection is low sometimes but it did work. Last thing what I didn’t like is pillows are not in good shape at all and room smelled like humid. Overall 4/10, Good thing was staff, services and their smiles.

What we love about this property: many aspects are elegant i.e. tiled shower, marble floors in halls and main lobby, chandeliers, vintage style, the Hollywood pics are dated but kinda sweet too, the pool is large and Jacuzzi is big too and well maintained. Pool bar and golf course views are nice. Rooms are a bit dated but still nice. Outlets are loose like the plugs fall out easily but that is my only complaint on property. The complimentary breakfast is really nice buffet style in pretty dining room. There is good jazz and live music usually at night and food is good but expensive for dinner. The desserts are very decadent. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We always get early check in. I love it here. My kid thinks we are staying at the fanciest hotel in town so I'm just gonna keep her thinking that! Enjoy it!

Pool is fun but lots of kids. Breakfast they say “deluxe” and really offer bread and butter. Terrible breakfast,no eggs,nothing warm. Lots of construction in the property…fixing floors,walls etc…

This place is really intended as entretainment for people over 60 or more years old. The place is plastered with B&W pictures of people that has been dead for more than 30 years ago (although I saw a picture of Stallone when he was 30 or so). The facility charges a $47 per night resort fee, and there is only one pool, and they make you sign for the towels with Time in and Time out as you are a delinquent. The food is very low quality in the restaurant, and super overpriced. The breakfast included is the quality of a Motel (yoplait yogurt cups and apples and bananas, some sugary cereal and some cheap starchy options). Even paying $13.5 get you some scrambled eggs and some precooked ugly potatoes (no bacon). Did I forgot to mention that they also charge you $20 parking per night? Not worth the low price advertised, as all the other charges pile up and you could get something better for the same amount of money.

It was a decent place. Upgrades had been done and I loved staying at Lucy & Dezi’s original property. The sheets were scratchy and the shower head low. The toilet was yellowed with age in places. It was fine, but nothing spectacular.

We had our honeymoon at the resort hotel. The hallways are adorned with pictures of Lucille Ball and Dezi Arnaz. It was so beautiful to see their love in the photographs, iconic.

Hotel was very outdated. Pool was very dirty cups spoons everywhere underneath the pool. Alarm fire alarm went off at 7:00 in the morning. Woke me up. Could never go back to bed. Had to check out early you didn't even buy one to take to bring home. The refrigerator was never cold even after we turned it on when we checked in. No microwave in the room or downstairs in the lobby. Very disappointed with that. Swould never stay there again
