Room has not been mopped in a while, the whole floor was covered in a film of dirt, found broken glass in the middle of the floor. Balcony and patio set was coverd in dust. Hot breakfast options consisted of hard boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Otherwise, only white bread, some sugary cereals, iced cinnamon rolls, some rough Bananas and oranges. No yogurt.

The breakfast was basically non-existent. There were a few cereals and 2 jugs of unopened juice. Maybe they hadn't setup yet, but it was 6:30. The faucet in my room was loose and it could have been cleaner. For the price, I was really disappointed. I could have paid a lot less and received the same thing. There was a brand new tv but it doesn't make up for the price and the lack of breakfast that was supposed to be available.

Rooms are a little run down. A lot of what felt like transients staying there. Wasn’t always a safe feeling. The staff was nice the price was nice. Pool area was run down and weeds all over. It could easily with a little effort be a lot nicer. Not sure I would stay again until things changed.

Most of the room was clean, I could only grumble over two water stained lamp shades and a remote with no back to it and the swimming pool was not kept as it had leaves in the water, clearly not being used or taken care of. However, the staff were very friendly and offered great customer service. There was limited facilities outside of the hotel that was walking distance. To feel safer I would suggest doing as I did and taking a room on the first floor, they have a lift so no lugging your suitcases up stairs.

We stayed here for the last night of the Power Trip 2023 weekend and were impressed by the staff. Room was clean but very dated. It’s a convenient location for Polo Field festivals apparently as they have their own shuttle and also get a food truck to set up after the festival each night. The shuttle from this location is great and definitely beats the long walk in from the rideshare area. Really found all the staff at this hotel tried hard to be accommodating and caring.

This was my first time at a multi-day festival at the Empire Polo Field fairgrounds. I was very nervous about my three-night stay at this location due to online reviews. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well lit, and safe. If you are looking for luxury, you will have to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a comfortable, budget friendly hotel near the Empire Polo Field this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spacious, the showers have hot water, the staff is friendly, and the facility is close to the venue. We were very happy with our three-night stay!
