Price was way too high due to Coachella. During our stay it appeared they were low occupancy. Our room never got cleaned during our stay. We were informed they did not allow for late checkout. Again, the parking lot was empty and felt like very low occupancy. I expected more, especially paying peak rates. Dissapointed.

Friendly staff. Large comfortable room with fridge, coffee pot, smart tv. Snack area in lobby has microwave and toaster, plus numerous snacks to buy/prepare. Two swimming pools with lots of lounge areas and cabanas, plus hot tub. Really had everything we needed. Thumbs up!

I pre requested 1st floor room due to health issues and that's exactly what I got. Check in staff was very friendly. I couldn't figure out my TV and there was a lamp that didn't go on. Maintenance was here in less than 5 minutes and it was a very easy fix on the lamp to sync it with the wall switch and the TV was explained to me. Modern clean room.

If you order through a 3rd party, they will make you pay an extra $75 “resort fee” for WiFi, the pool, etc. which is so dumb. They didn’t clean the pool while I was there for 3 days so I’m not sure where the resort part is.

This is a well renovated motel. The price point and the property don't match. No elevator. No phones in the room in case you need something. No breakfast or kitchen, yet on the website there's photos of a cute continental breakfast on a bed and in a bedroom. Rooms were clean, but NOT what it you would think from the advertising. One of the most frustrating parts for me were the lack of help from general staff as I was lugging my bags alone down steps. I even asked someone for help, and they walked past me and watched me bring 3 pieces of luggage down by myself. I think if this was a true noted 3 star upfront my expectations would have been set. But for the price, and rating, to show up and experience what I did felt like a bait and switch.

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the accommodation experience I encountered during my recent booking at L3 Oasis in Palm Springs, made through Expedia on 3/27/24 Upon arrival at the designated location, I encountered numerous challenges that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the difficulty in locating the establishment added unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. However, the most distressing issue arose upon entering the room. To my horror, I discovered the presence of two cockroaches scurrying around. As someone who suffers from a severe phobia of cockroaches, this was an absolutely terrifying experience. Despite my exhaustion from a grueling 20-hour day, the sight of these pests left me in a state of panic and distress. Regrettably, due to the unbearable conditions, I was unable to stay in the room. I promptly vacated the premises, unable to spend even a single night in the accommodation. Not only did this ordeal cause me immense discomfort and anxiety, but it also deprived me of the rest I desperately needed. Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to utilize the accommodation for its intended purpose, I kindly request a full refund for the booking. It is only fair that I am reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid, as the circumstances rendered the reservation unusable. I trust that Expedia values customer satisfaction and will take address this matter reasonably

Beautiful quiet & peaceful. Wonderful staff, updated simple mid mod inspired rooms. Great value for the price. Not a resort but perfect for a 5 day stay . Lovely clean pools, warm hot tubs. Grounds are clean & pretty . Love pools are salt water . Would come again!

My room was quite spacious and had been upgraded/remodeled, and I enjoyed being there. Good lighting, several desk or tabletops to put suitcases, etc. The pool area was as shown in the photos: very large with comfortable lounge chairs and good exposure along one side, where you could get the last of the setting sun. However, there's a reason they don't show ANY photos of the entryway or lobby. Really pretty low-grade with old, cheap furniture, saggy curtains, painted concrete floors, etc. Metal rack like you'd see at Home Depot displaying things to buy like cereal, candy, this and that. Regarding coffee (one of the most important things, especially first thing in the morning!): the drip coffeemaker in the room did a reasonable job of making coffee. But an espresso maker would have been appreciated. NO food at all provided in the lobby or elsewhere for breakfast, so that was kind of bleak. The grounds and buildings are in SERIOUS need of a facelift (paint, plantings, etc.). Parking was convenient on the grounds near the entrance. All in all, I was rather disappointed that, for the price, (basically $300 per night total in February) the place was kinda slipshod. Nice people at the desk!

The facilities offered are decent for the price. One recommendation to the hotel would be to change the bed from the metal frame to a more sturdier wooden frame or a better metal frame. The current bed frame is not very stable

An OK stay. The outdoor pool areas were fantastic. Very clean. Our room, not so much. Floors made our feet black! Beds were comfortable though. Pictures look much better than the actual rooms do. Easy to get downtown PS. Great diner across the street. Would recommend for short stay.

The spas and pools were delightful. The noise from the street didn't bother us like it did for other guests that wrote reviews. Mike was the front desk agent. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom floor wasn't sparkling clean, but it was acceptable. I would definitely stay here again.

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful, loved Jose in maintenance, he was the best! The rooms were clean. The pool area was satisfactory, but room lacked things like a tea kettle in the room or a blow dryer. Had to move several times due to noisy road and no hot water in our building. If I came back, I would ask that my room was not next to the housekeeping/laundry facilities, and definitely want to face the pool, but quite honestly I think there’s better located places to stay. 10 minute Uber to downtown. Not much of a vibe in the area. We did find a great restaurant (JWB Restaurant) in the Margaritaville hotel, which is a five minute walk from motel.
