The grounds are quite nice. Great location. The hotel itself is old and rooms/hallways are in need of a refresh. We were in town for the tennis tournament and were disappointed with the sparcity of the busses provided. We had to wait over an hour after being told that a bus was 5 minutes away. In short, the resort did not contract enough busses to handle guests going during peak times.

It’s a great hotel, but the rooms are overpriced, in my opinion. The room we stayed in was small and had no closet. However, we still had a great time.

The facility is great and the Mikado restaurant is fantastic. I also love the mini golf course. But the room carpet is dirty. The swimming pools have not been cleaned in many days, lots of leaves in the pools.

We have stayed here before and it is a very nice property with flamingos, boat rides, and a more luxurious feel. We enjoyed the arcade and mini golf this time as well. The food at the restaurant was decent. We were on a waiting list for Mikado but never got called so had to eat outside the resort, but it was a busy weekend I suppose. The staff and service are excellent and the room seemed newer. However, the overall property/building appears quite dated and could use some renovation.

We came here on Christmas Eve, when we got up to have breakfast at around 11am, we were told waitting time is about 1 hour and breakfast is close at 12, we can't be served. It is hard to find out place to have brunch on the Christmas Day morning. Due to holiday, a lot children here, it's a little bit noisy.
