Nice hotel, a bit remote area though

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is big and nice with a lot of perks. Only downside is it's in a bit of a isolated area of desert springs. However if your looking for a peaceful getaway it's a good choice.

My room number was 5070 and it was horrible view overlooking the hotel roof

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, have been here many times before. Gone way down!
Cons: Cleanliness!
Location: Did not do any resort activities.
If you like cockroaches, this is the place for you!

Terrible

Room 4117 had a loud noise coming from air controlling unit. Stayed on New Year's Eve, short staffed. Sometimes when u ring the operator 5 mins wait n no answer. Breakfast was so short staffed. My wife is pregnant n had to wait for more than 30 mins. Elevator from the 4 Th floor coming down doesn't work.. U have to press up n then go down.. Overall for a JW Marriott pretty bad experience

Another great Palm Springs area resort.

Cons: Wasn't warm this winter but that is not the resort's fault. Just mother nature.
Location: Very good location for centralized access to the whole Coachella Valley. Interstate 10 is very accessible and the Palm Springs airport is close by.
Stayed a week. Great prices, great food, great swimming pool and area, good golf course, fantastic variety and something for everyone. Very family-oriented, biker-friendly, fitness-friendly, music-friendly, excellent knowledgeable staff to the area, overall facilities for a larger resort second to none. Anyone visiting the Palm Springs area will be very well treated by this place.

Worst hotel staff

They gave different room than I booked throw Expedia without tell me about that. When I knew about what they did; I told them why ? They said because it's not available !! Also, I asked them before I gave them my Credit card How much you will charge me for the room insurance? They said 100$ ; I said ok, and I gave them the card. Suddenly they charged me 214 without inform me !! When I said how come that they said sorry it will be back after you check out. I felt disappointed from them because they didn't respect me twice. First when they change the room without inform me. Second, when they charged me me more that what they said to me also without inform me. Sorry is nothing against what they did to me.
