Very outdated, more like a courtyard+ brand.

Understaffed and unprepared for sold-out status during Desert Trip weekend. Apparently, they were sold out that week also with large convention. Happy for them, but that should not impact the guest. "Guaranteed" 4:00 check in not honored, which created big inconvenience. Staff was unaware of options re on-site F&B. Room furnishings outdated (stepped on a wood screw which must of fallen out of outdated dresser), bedding below standards. No mini-bar, no free Wi-Fi, too long of a line at lobby Starbucks, but only coffee option - even the Courtyard brand has a complimentary coffee station. Landscaping was in terrible shape - dead plants, weeds, etc.
After complaining we received a $50 credit - $25 per person during our 3 day stay at $700+/night.
