LIVING This home has two spacious living room areas. The main living room has a comfy and oversized sectional sofa and 70" TV. There is also a Bose sound bar to play music and entertain. This room opens up to the beautiful outdoors. The second living room has a sofa, fireplace and oversized chairs to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The room is connected to the pool table area with multi game arcade so everyone can join in on the fun. OUTSIDE Enjoy all the luxury amenities of the outdoor space including a large sports court with a 50" backboard basketball hoop next to the pool and spa. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. ???????Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. CANCELATION POLICY FOR HOMEAWAY/VRBO AND AFFILIATED DISTRIBUTION NETWORK Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund EXCEPT for Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations which are strictly non-refundable. - Holiday Timeframes Include: New Year 's, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. - Music Festival Timeframes Include: Coachella Weekend 1, Coachella Weekend 2, Stagecoach, Desert Trip Weekend 1, Desert Trip Weekend 2. - Special Event Timeframes Include: BNP Paribas, CareerBuilder Challenge Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable and/or Smart TVs as well as high speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm. Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. LOCATION Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: under 5-minutes - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $99/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly.
