The pools and surrounding grounds were GORGEOUS. The staff is friendly and does their best to help. My confusion was when a bunch of (presumably local) teenagers kinda took over a part of the pool area. They were there a couple of afternoons and Friday night was like a local high school party with at least 15-20 teenagers in the pool area. Other than that, the place is amazing,

Room decor is old fashioned but the spring fed hot pools / tubs makeup for it. No such thing as an early check-in there and 4PM check-in is a bit ridiculous - perhaps they should rent by the hour not a full day!

I absolutely would NOT recommend! Horrible customer service and environment. The beautiful lobby is deceiving and in no way what you actually get when you get to the hallway where the rooms are. This place is equivalent, if not less than a pay-by-the-hour sleazy motel. Thankfully, we brought our own towels and blankets and sanitizer for the furniture. We had no hot water on our first night and could not shower. Second day, we called the front desk for assistance with the hot water. After an hour of letting the water run in hopes it would eventually get hot, it was faucet temperature at best and I attempted to shower. While in the shower, the water went from faucet temperature to ice cold then to scalding hot and burned my back. We called the front desk again and maintenance management came and said this was "normal" since there are wells that the water comes from. He supposedly "fixed" the water and upon my boyfriend trying to shower, he experienced the same fluctuations in water temperatures. Last day here and we will have to go to a gym to take a hot shower to wash the filth of this motel off of us before our long drive home. When we asked to speak with management, we were denied and told there was no one in management to speak with. Do NOT book a room here! You will be extremely disappointed!

The property is very old, décor has never been updated. Staff were nice and the places is surprisingly clean but the actual building, fixtures and furniture are way too old.

It is old and needs total upgrade! Furniture dirty and from 1940's but not nice vintage! Looks like thrift store buys. Old mattress and very old dressers so didn't put anything away as felt dirty and unclean. Wifi not working and no amenities but pool but it was cold out and rain but wouldn't try.

We enjoyed our stay at Miracle Springs. While the property is outdated, it's maintained well and the hot pools were lovely after a day of hiking. The on-site restaurant was great. Our server, Irene, gets my highest recommendation. She went above and beyond to get quick snacks for our kids and was just a lovely person.

This is our second time staying here. It is wonderful. Hot spring pool and spa are amazing. Front desk and cleaning staffs are really nice. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

The room smelled like peeeee They expect you to use your room towels for the pool then turn them in and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU 1 EXTRA towel. This place could use a face life , out dated .

Carpets and couch in the room had way to much bodily fluid on them that there were no attempts to clean up. Gross. The toilet broke and the shower leaks even though they “commit to the desert life” and advocate for less water usage. They just badly need an update to this place.
