The grounds outside the resort was well kept. The rooms and kitchen was well stocked. The staff was polite. Only a few things seemed off. The carpet had some stains possibe from the kitchen to dinning area spills. The tube had water that drained on the edge onto the floor and created a small puddle, which could be seen had wet the wall drywall and was attempted to be fixed several times. The basketball at the court was flat, the other had stiching coming off. The pool tables had cue sticks thats had no tips. And the biggest issue was the bed side i slept on had the springs worn down from so many people that when i layed on the bed I felt i was rolling off. Everyone one else slept well. Stayed a villa 2 room.

Pros: Nothing
There was no housekeepiing, the dead bolt on the door was broken, the roaches in the bathroom, blood on the carpet outside the door. The swimming pool was hot and merky. There was a foul smell (like something dead) in the vents. Front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating. Not worth the money spent!

Pros: Location and general condition of property.
Cons: Teach Ashley not to take 40 minutes for each check in, open more check in desks when it's crowded, warn customers about pool construction BEFORE they
Location: Joshua tree.
Check in was way way way too slow. This isn't a hotel, it's serviced (sometimes) apt. They make a sales pitch (I admit a soft pitch) to go see their RE properties, kinda cheesy. The pool was over crowded and under construction, the pool was only reason we chose the hotel. Room was big and nice. The property was well kept and well equipped.

We always stay at this resort. We like it because of the pool and slides. However, I am always disappointed with the staff at the front desk. We always try to check in early but most of the time, they give us rooms so far from the pool or the 2-bedroom unit with 1 bath. When we asked to change the rooms last weekend, they refused to accommodate us, considering that it was still very early and there were so may rooms available. I guess client satisfaction is not their main priority.
