The Travelodge really needs to be updated and better kept. The room was dimly lit, had stains on the wall, and the wallpaper was peeling. The outdoor carpet on the stairs is threadbare - and there was trash on the ground!

The room carpet had some weird red stains I hoped was make up. The beds were uncomfortable. The ac unit made noise all night making it hard to sleep. The unit was in just make noise like a lawn mower all night. It would turn on for 20 mins every hour.

Our property needs to be updated, there was mold on the wallpapers. The door was very hard to get in and out of insecure yourself was discolored, and it needs to be needs to be updated and replaced, the showerhead is made for someone about 4 foot tall. Overall, this property needs to be updated and remodeled not what you expect from a Wyndham product.

The room was clean but some cobwebs on the ceiling. Make it part of cleaning room. Phone did not work at all. The pool are was wonderful. Staff very helpful and attentive.

The room had a horrible smell. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up cutting it short only stayed one night. Could not deal with the terrible smell inside the room.

Checking in was really slow. Parking lor was full of potholes. Room was clean, but fringe was iced over. Towel rail in the bathroom was falling off. Carpet felt dirty. Door to room difficult to open and had to band to close. Not good value for the money even for a 1 night stay.

Front desk were very helpfull. The maintenance did not want to change the only power receptical by the bed. Any plug would fall off when pluged in. Parking has to many holes.

Ahhh, the Travelodge Palm Springs, you charmer you. My stay here was quite reminiscent of a European vacation, so let me guide you through this epic journey. The feels of Europe started on arrival when the parking lot, littered with cracks and potholes, rivaled driving down the cobblestone streets of Italy. After checking in we ventured through the property which felt as though we had been transported to the ancient ruins of Greece. The decaying buildings and rubble made me nostalgic for my visit to the Acropolis. Upon arriving at my room it felt as though I was teleported to Germany in 1989 as the great effort needed to open the door brought the sensation of breaking through the Berlin Wall. What a feeling. Finally, my room. Oh, this magical place. The profound smell of cigarettes and red wine stained carpets made me feel like I was seated at a Parisian bistro rather than this Shangri-La of the California desert. In summary, if you are looking for an economical way to experience many countries abroad, look no further than the Travelodge Palm Springs. The lasting effects of this hotel could only be surpassed by Chernobyl.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay. The heater in the room did not work, the shower handle was broken and the water was a few degrees away from a cold shower, the tub was stained, TV stand was broken, the room entirely is over due for an upgrade.

This property is in very poor condition, ants in bathroom, no hot water for two mornings, maintenance says termostat for hot water kicks off in am, doesn't know why, takes 1/2 hour after maintenance turns back on to get hot water. Could not take shower each morning, last morning before heading to airport. Asked manager, Louis, if he would adjust my room bill and he said no, since they came and turned hot water back on. I told him it was too late for a shower at that point. I had to leave for appointment on first morning, and to airport the second. Very unsatisfactory response to this inconvenience.

The room was run down and had multiple areas where there was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling and some areas of the room walls. It had a must weird smell as if the building is infested with mold.

Awesome staff. Called in advance for a pet friendly room. They were very accommodating and nice to me and my dog. Great grounds for her to run around. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return for future visits.
