I stayed there last minute on my way from South Orange County to Phoenix, so short stay overnight. nice hotel, I was surprised because it was not as expensive as some hotels down south that are terrible and more expensive!!!! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect, pet friendly hotel, with great breakfast.Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: Price, pet friendly, good breakfast, super comfy beds. Accommodating, friendly staff!
Cons: Maybe a bit more attention to cleaning/vacuuming.
Location: casino nearby and one exit away from Super Target, WinCo Foods and other stores.
We always stay at this Quality Inn when passing through Indio with our pet(s). The price is right; the room is super comfortable; the breakfast is great. The bathroom is large and perfect for our pet items. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is quiet. The front desk staff are accommodating and friendly. When we had a little trouble with the air conditioner fan, the friendly maintenance fellow provided us with a fan which helped immensely. We found a child's toy under a corner of the bed and a receipt and writing pad behind the bedside table, indicating a little more detail to cleaning may be in order (we were looking for our cat under the bed). Additionally, there was some "schumtz" or splatter on the door handle that should have been cleaned off. All in all, a great stay as always, at a great price.

You get what you pay forPosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: Good price, room was clean and in decent shape, proximity to the casino resort and to stores and gas stations.
Cons: The attention to the cleanliness of the outside areas.
Location: Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is a five minute walk. Stores within a five minute drive that are easy to get to. Other than that, it's the desert.
We came to Indio from Napa for a concert at the adjacent Fantasy Springs Resort. We opted to stay at the Quality Inn since it was right next door and much less expensive. I had read a previous review suggesting that we ask for a room on the back side of the building away from the freeway. We did, and were accommodated which was nice, but let me tell you right now - the IS no room away from the freeway. The I-10 is RIGHT across the street, and the constant traffic noise is unavoidable. We kept the fan on the A/C unit running constantly all the time just to try and drown out the noise. Our room was on the second floor, right at the top of the stairs, so we got to see and hear everyone else that was staying on that floor as well. When we arrived on Saturday evening, we were also greeted with an overflowing and VERY smelly trash can right outside of our door. It was about 105 degrees when we got there, and the can wasn't emptied until the following afternoon, so every time we opened the door that first night and day, we were hit in the face with the hot smell of rotting takeout. Yum. Also, the ice machine was approximately 2 zip codes over from our room, and you had to dodge the broken glass on the sidewalk on your way there. The included breakfast was a joke. It was Labor Day weekend, and they were grossly understaffed for the breakfast crowd. We opted to go next door to the casino and spend $24 a person on the brunch buffet which was awesome.

Close to concert venuePosted Aug 31, 2015
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing that bothered me was that you usually need a key to go in to the hotel from the side door but the side door didn't even lock and no key was needed so anybody was able to go in and out of the hotel.

Barely cooledPosted Aug 29, 2015
Air conditioner barely cooled the room. Outside was dirty and covered in cigarette butts. Strange odors. Very ran down. Would not recommend
