Friendly Staff and Quick Service

I made my reservations and about ten minutes later was on-site. I checked in quickly, room met my needs, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and fast checkout. I would stay there again.

Reasonable

Pros: Price/location/staff
Cons: Old hotel that needs a renovation.
Location: All is within easy reach.
Clean well maintained with a nice staff. Amenities were few , but Palm Springs at this price was a deal.

OK if you just need a comfortable place to stay

Pros: Convenient location and management that really tried.
Cons: Hard to control inconsiderate guests.
Location: Located in Cathedral City right next to Rancho Mirage and 20 minutes from Old Palm Springs.
Stopped here as a waypoint on the way home and to visit some friends for dinner. Just needed a place to spend the night. Even considered Motel 6 until I read the Expedia reviews mentioning a nearby truck stop etc. My spouse was mildly alarmed by some of the other guests hanging out by the pool when we arrived late afternoon - all tatted up, shaved heads, etc. You get the picture. That premonition came true when we returned after dinner and saw and heard a large group partying hard on the 3rd floor. Thankfully the management was able to quiet things down to the point where we could sleep after turning the A/C up full blast. When we left the next morning the Modelo beer cans littering the parking lot pretty much said it all.

Mid area location...

Hotel is located mid Palm Springs and Palm Desert....If you are looking for 1 or 2 days "housing" this will work for you. Staff very kind and helpful. My room had a kitchenette and all areas very clean. If you want an inclusive hotel with restaurant and or pool this will not be for you. This hotel works for general overnight or weekend stay. Rate for the hotel was reasonable for my stay being there was an event in the Palm Springs area that weekend.

We had no water in bathtub shower

Pros: Towels and bedding was nice
Cons: No shower or bath sorry management not to get this corrected
Water trickled out of faucet. Got in touch with management was supposed to be fixed for second night. Same thing that night also.

Convenient location

Pros: Great location.
Location: Be sure to take the tram up to Mount San Jacinto state park.
Everything was as it should be. Quiet, clean, very sizable room, and a pool that I unfortunately did not have time for and all for a great price.

very bad hotel

Very bad hotel I would never go back to it the rooms are from 1970s and the furnitures are from the thrifty store the gym is terrible
