Great location!

First time staying at resort & highly recommend! Very clean , awesome staff , nice tennis courts. Will continue to stay with Shadow Mtn Resort when we're in Palm Desert 👍

Pros: It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Shadow Mountain Resort is a excellent choice for a family vacation or business stay, in the Palm Springs area.
Cons: Nothing not to like about this hotel. It is a top notch.
Location: Very safe gated resort and close to all things fun to do etc.

A relaxing and comfortable environment

Location: We attended for the Desert Trip concert but also visited downtown Palm Springs and the trolley to the top of the San Jacinto mountains.
My sister and I stayed here for 3 days and agreed it would be an ideal place for an extended stay. Great location, friendly staff. There was a nice cafe next to the pool and tennis courts. Covered parking for our car. We stayed in an efficiency that was perfect for our visit.

Found this accidentally...a nice change from standard hotel chains. Rented a "villa" for a night which is basically a full condo.

The hotel itself is a bit dated but the rooms are renovated and and very nice. We had trouble with our TV and wifi. There was no pool service of any kind and the pool towels were ratty and torn. It wasn't too crowded and it was a pleasant stay but we probably won't be back.

Functional stay

The staff was great, but it's hardly a resort. It's basically a motel surrounding a golf course with a pool. They do a great job keeping it clean, but it's just old. It's close to all the restaurants, but the King bed was 2 twins pushed together, the AC was huge wall unit right over the bed so it was impossibly loud. The shower was really dated. For $80 a night in the middle of summer, I was hoping for more luxury feel that the website presented, but you get what you pay for.

Awesome resort great pool!

So much fun so relaxing can't wait to go back! One thing is we tried to book for another Saturday night and leave on Sunday like we did our last visit and they refused to book us for one night saying they don't do that it has to be two nights. I'm sorry we're we not at your place for one night I'm not understanding. But overall it was great!
