Disappointing

Pros: Good location
Cons: Have hot water
Location: close to all
Room and the grounds looked nice. No hot water, bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. I will not return nor recommend.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Booked a suite, but it didn't include a separate living room. Bed actually was broken. TV didn't work. Had to change rooms because the A/C system is loud even when not on. No toiletries are included. Express room service breakfast came late and the result were eggs as hard as hockey pucks. Calls to the front desk goes answered. No one answers calls! Complaints need to be made in person at the lobby, where only 1 person works at a time.

I used to love coming here because it was sexy and classic Palm Springs but it looks like the hotel was bought out and completely remodeled. Doesn't look at all like it's traditional sense. Instead of red, decor is beige and green and reminds me of a grandmothers bathroom. They also have a grass wall in the lobby, which doesn't make sense. The rooms are still the same which also DOES not make sense. I won't recommend the stay. Too many kids, the music was mediocre and it's turning into a retirement destination hotel rather than a cool desert get away. Try somewhere else. They lost their touch.

Older redone hotel just not quite making it.

Pros: Decor. Hotel staff was great.
Cons: Alot- attention to detail. Lots of things need to be updated/ maitenance.
Location: Close to downtown
The decor is really cool and love the way it looks but alot of things are missing and need to be fixed. Carpet in all the hallways was coming and and we were tripping on it. TV was horrible and fuzzy. Lots of things were broken in the room, didnt have a full length mirror. I love the vibe but the hotel just feel short alot of things need to be fixed and attention to detail. Overpriced by at least $100 for what it was.

Pictures are deceiving

Just as the tittle states. No hot water, shower didn't work. Over priced. Wouldn't recommend and will not be staying there again. Wish I could get half a refund at least.

Palm Springs style

The hotel captured the feel of Palm Springs. It's on the quiet side and more north from downtown. The Palm Springs free bus service picks you up in front of the hotel so no need to uber. Staff is available to answer questions and super nice. Wouldn't say the shower is ergonomic. The shampoos are spa size but hard to pump the shampoo into your hand. No guard rails for older folk. My mom would have been worried about slipping. Also the slick marble floor would be easy to slip on unless you put towels down. Needs to have more towels in the restroom for that reason. The water for the bath was not hot. Bed is super comfy and plenty of lamps and room. Has a Palm Springs style carpet and bright orange paint along with retro style pictures. We had a picture of a tbird car and bowling balls and a modern Marilyn Monroe. Small refrigerator in the room with coffee amenities. Pool was gorgeous but we didn't bring our suits this time. If you want a quiet bkfst, lunch or drink I would recommend this hotel. It's tucked away for a more quiet experience. Self parking and valet available.

Great overall for a winter stay. Just needs better sound insulation.
