property was as expected. We were put in a handicap access room. (we are not handicap though) It was ground floor and the shower had no lip on it so it kind of flooded the bathroom. It also had no hooks, shelves or room around the sink so I had to put all my makeup, curling iron Etc on the floor. It just didnt work very well. It also had very little natural light. Maybe the other rooms are more usable. But it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

This property really disappointed me because I expected more from them. My room in particular was very upsetting and a lot of the things were broken and not working . I wasted money for nothing .

We liked the security of the property and felt the cleanup staff was very willing to please. Better maps of the property and how to get around the greater Palm Desert area might have been helpful. Otherwise, all facets of the visit were most pleasant, and we really have no complaints.

The villa was clean but very basic. There had been a flood in the unit I believe because the bathroom door was waterlogged/soft/damaged at the bottom. The carpet was new, and had a strong chemical smell. Parking was easy. The pool area was very nice, and clean. One tennis court and one pickleball court. The courts were always busy. There could be a few more courts to serve everyone. I enjoyed the sauna area near the gym. The property is in a location that is a good distance from attractions, food and stores. Since there is only one restaurant on site, this is very inconvenient. We spent too much time driving on the trip. If you are choosing—pick the Rancho Mirage Westin property on Dinah Shore Dr.Larger, more amenities and closer to restaurants and sites. We would not stay here a second time.

It's a simple timeshare property. We had a one bedroom that had a tiny living room tiny kitchen and no view outside unless from the bedroom which had a big balcony. We're very disappointed and left and went to a different hotel.
