Pool and dining staff were good. Site was well-maintained. Would come here with kids again.

Bathrooms at pool didn’t have toilet paper, front desk ran out of water, no waitstaff at the gameroom area so we had to order food from bar. The staff sememd too busy and just not enough of them. The pool is so nice so you seem to ignore all of this but it makes the trip hard.

It was dirty. No one picked up trash around the resort. The pool was murky and dirty and hair in the pool. It seems like maybe they don’t have concern about cleanliness. We used to love this resort but now I am not impressed. It’s getting run down. Food was excellent though

Pillow case was dirty. Adult pool drink service was poor. Long waits. Had to remind staff of orders. Cancelled one of the orders.
