Although pictures show a cute botique "hotel" it really is just a motel with some renovations. For the price we paid is no front desk or front desk staff, it's all self-service. Check-in was very frustrating. Check-in is "after 4pm" which means if you arive even at 4pm, your room might not even be ready. We tried to request early check-in through the the app, the app stopped working, so we called and were denied. Also my information somehow was swapped with someone else which really freaked me out. Customer Service was apologetic and ensured my info was secure, although its still scary knowing my hotel room code and info might have been sent to someone else. Since there is no front desk staff to help with basic asks such as more towels, toiletries, etc. You have to call their call center and they put in a request to on-site staff. And then you wait hoping the request is approved/fulfilled. Call center staff and on-site staff are nice, just the system is so round about its just not efficient and inconvenient. *Cleanliness: its clean enough. But our shower floor was moldy. Showers dont have doors which is odd, water gets everywhere. Beds are your standard motel beds, overstarched rubbery sheets. Mattreses are soft, so we slept well. *Amenities: again standard motel. They do have luggage storage which is handy if you get there before check-in. *Pool: they had a DJ at one of the pools with a bar. Overpriced drinks (2 drinks each = $80) the pool water was uncomfortably cloudy.
