We enjoyed the property and will return, the only thing was the bbq was filthy and nothing to clean it with, no tools, also the flooring in kitchen was lifting up in several spots and was a hazard with bare feet, some dirty utensils in kitchen and floors need a good wash, our feet were black from walking on floor

This property is very dated. I THOUGHT I knew what I’m getting with Hyatt, and up until this point would always choose Hyatt if it is an option but this is not on the level of a Hyatt by any means. It’s nearly impossible to reach someone at the front desk over the phone.

But safe anyone can come in the facility if they even don’t belong there. Doors to enter the building where our rooms are, not secure. Out dated and room dirty, only once did house keeping why too much $$$ for what we received.

We were very disappointed by the Hyatt’s response to needing to shorten our stay due to my father’s imminent death and needing to return home. The airline and car rental company were awesome arranging flights home and only paying for the days of the rental. The resort was not willing to accommodate at all and charged us the full amount….during our couple day stay our villa was never cleaned, it was dated, and the planes constantly fly over the property.

This property is really a little gem. The staff was absolutely stellar. The reality was clean. The pool area is small but ample given the size of the report. We really liked it's proximity to everything. I would stay here again.

The pool area was nice. We were supposed to have a pool view room but they stuck us in a room on the bottom of the first building across from the office. Not nice view

Very clean and quiet property. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was quite good. The location is next to a tennis/golf club, which was nice for activities, although the golf course was not that great. Things that could be improved: pillows were terrible, as was the shower head.

No restaurants on the property or within walking distance. Should warm guests prior to arrival that they really need a car if they are going to stay here. Disappointed that rooms are not fully serviced each day. This place is overpriced for what is offered and the location.

The property is very quiet and well maintained. The full kitchen was nice to have for our week long stay. We did have some housekeeping every other day which I was not expecting. There are plenty of pool towels and loungers available. This property really caters to the retired, empty-nesters who like quiet. There is no night club or pool entertainment team. Just total RnR. Access to everywhere from the hotel was great. Lots of excellent restaurants, hiking and shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk employees were very helpful and courteous. They provided us with a list of restaurants, shopping and groceries in the area and answered any questions we had. In addition to having a full kitchen, we had access to a bbq just outside of our building. The 2 pools are well maintained and heated. This is a place I would definitely go back to.

Excellent upgrades (2024) recently to parking, landscaping, brand new fitness equipment, friendly staff, daily garbage removal, weekly room cleaning/changeover, pool area very clean, reasonably prices, family atmosphere, huge bathroom towels, plenty of pool towels. Overall, very well run. Great, relaxing vacation just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs with all its amenities. No negatives.

I enjoyed how spacious the suite was, large living/dining/kitchen area. Property was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was only a few minutes drive to restaurants & shopping etc. Cleanliness of the suite could be improved.

Convenient location with plenty of parking close to room. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to airport, restaurants, hiking trails. Small full kitchen with in-suite laundry. Room dated and worn with noisy ice maker and minor toilet issue. Hotel on flight path for PSP airport, so noisy during day. To improve safety, should add key/fob access to hall entry doors. Housekeeping schedule unknown and inconsistent.

The property was nice but, there were NO LOCKS on the outside doors going into the hallways to the rooms. Anyone could walk in. This made us uncomfortable. Especially because we were the first room inside. We've never stayed at a property that you didn't need a key to enter. The furniture was old and the room we were in needed updated. It was convenient to restaurants and hiking areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
