Unprodessional Front DeskPosted Nov 17, 2015
The staff greated us very unfriendly. I had. Even to thus hotel a few times before this but this time, I was very disappointed and I'm not returning there. Their bathroom was not clean and their shower was broken. And that was a so call upgraded room. Having to vheck in at 4:00 PMand check out at 10 AM is rediculous.

2 remotes and neither workedPosted Nov 16, 2015
Pros: The quite, and the room was amazing and I love that it came with everything to include coffee mugs..
Cons: I use a keriug so I didn't know if the whole package of coffee was for a pot but I figured it out, but it would have been nice to know in advance
Location: Loved all the stores near by!
When I walked into my room all I wanted to do is take a shower, drink a whole bottle of wine while watching t.v. I took my shower, got into my pj's and while drinking a glass of whine I found 2 remotes. Can you believe neither one worked. So I read a little and went to bed. In the morning I called and someone came in and found that the living room remote was in the bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect!

nice condo newly updatedPosted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: as above
Cons: The entry doors to the rooms do not lock. This is a safety issue especially since many of the guests are older and it is not a gated resort.
Location: there is golf and tennis on property if you play. Every else requires a vehicle. There is dining, movie theaters shopping close by
Newly updated 1 bedroom apt. Clean pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pools clean. Activities daily.

excellent apartment villasPosted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Gorgeous setting and apartment. Nice enough to live it all winter!
We arrived after midnight to a lukewarm welcome, but we were thrilled when we opened the villa (really nice one bedroom apartment) doors. We had two villas for 7 adults. Sofa beds were decent and bedding was easy to put on the sofa beds. King beds were luxurious. Very upscale feeling. I've stayed in Palm Springs area other places but this is where I'm going to come from now on. Top notch quality and a great value on Expedia at $139 each on our particular stay, a Friday night in November..

Quiet, central locationPosted Nov 10, 2015
Stayed here two years in a row. Friendly competent staff but unfortunately we had bugs with us this year that we did not have the year before. It is a lovely resort but this put a damper on our stay.

Relaxing time at the poolPosted Nov 7, 2015
Pros: Nice pool area great for relaxing.
Cons: The suites need a bit of updating. The toilet in our unit flushed with the loudest water hammer noise we have ever heard. I pitied the guest below
Location: Located on a busy street. Easy to get around with a car. We rode the Palm Springs Tramway
A nice 3 day break in Palm Springs. Our room was comfortable. It faced the street and we got a lot of street noise. A pool facing view would have been fantastic. Staff encouraged a lot of guest activities at the resort, but we did not partake. We were also encouraged to take a timeshare presentation, but we declined this as well.

HARD BED!!Posted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: Nice area, Nice Pools
Cons: The BED was HARD!!!! Barely slept.
Everything was very nice, except the Bed was really HARD!!! Floor was a about the same level of hardness. We stayed 2 nights, when they came to clean the room, they did not give us clean towels or make the beds, only emptied trash cans. That was a bit disappointing.

Welk Resort experiencePosted Oct 18, 2015
Pros: Large room, quiet and very comfortable.
Location: Good area about 7 miles from downtown Palm Springs but easy to drive to. Lots of nice restaurants close by as well as fast food. Good location.
We did not realize this was a timeshare but that does not diminish our experience. The rooms are 800 sq ft with a large bedroom, kitchen, living area with sofa and chairs and a dining set. The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing except your food. There is a small private balcony. It is very nice and comfortable. Very quiet just a nice place to relax. The two pools and a Jacuzzi are close to the rooms and there is a restaurant which we did not use. Great place to spend a few days.
