Nice modern decoration. Clean and comfortable room. Location is near other hotels, but a little far from city attractions. Limited parking available. No services available after certain hours. No room service at any time of the day. Reception staff was very nice and willing to help, but restaurant people were kind of rude.

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. The member of staff working in the dining room that morning seemed very put out. Wasn’t welcoming.

Very helpful team from check-in to queries throughout our stay and at check-out. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with also some health. Swimming pool area was lovely, with a variety of seating/lounger/beds. Life guard on duty kept everything ordered and tidy as folks arrived and left. Was a lovely spontaneous and unexpected touch for a gift to be left in our room on the day of my partner's birthday during our stay. Really enjoyed ourselves and we had a fabulous stay - thank you!!

Elena who checked us in was friendly she greeted us in a happy professional manner she thanked us for choosing BQ. We had experienced a bad Cruise due to the Weather. We walked in tired and grumpy not knowing what service to expect. Yet her greeting said it all, she made our stay at BQ enjoyable as we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. She went the extra step and provided us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate and we thank her for that extra service. The breakfast and restaurant staff was also very friendly, the food was amazing a full hot breakfast. Would I stay here or recommend it to others "YES". I would keep the staff if I were management they make a difference its not just the hotel or amenities.

It’s good in general especially the service and assistance from Julia. Be reminded there is no kettle tea and coffee and facial tissue in room which I think this should be provide.

Room was huge, bed was brilliant & we selected the BQ for its proximity to the Port as we had a ferry to catch. Great price, lovely clean facilities; not 5 * but then neither is the price. Highly recommend

Loved this hotel. Its a small quiet hotel slightly out of the main pamla town, but worrh the wslk in. The room we had was very spacious 2 balconies, well supplied kitchwn area, good air conditioning whoch was needed. Breakfast fantastic range. Pool area kept really clean, lots of loungers and umbrellas for shade. Definitely recommend and definitely would return.

Hotel staff are very helpful and always pleasant. Hotel is just a 40 minute walk from Palma Cathedral and is on the hill above the port.

Nice modern hotel, pleasant room with a nice balcony. Had a bit of trouble with noise -- maybe just a noisy resident upstairs. Reception were fantastic - tried to get another room despite the Easter rush, offered to speak to the people in the room above etc. Still pretty noisy though. Fantastic breakfast - well worth the ten Euro. Location is a bit 50/50 -- quite far from the town, but close to the port and with restaurants and bars along Joan Miro avenue a little way down. Some parts of the neighborhood looked a bit grubby but hard to say. Palma seems to have a graffitti problem everywhere so might actually be really high end.

The receptionist were really friendly, on the bar we asked to sit outside for consuming our snacks, the barman slapped the door really annoyed about us asking. As well during the dinner we told the waitress that the food was frozen, she took it back and come back saying that the chef said that was ok. Believe me my partner is a chef and it wouldn't never complain for nothing. Really disappointed.

The stay was very nice. The staff were friendly, polite and always happy to help. We had breakfast included and food was not bad. The room is good size and there is outdoor pool and gym, too. The location was peaceful (good for sleep). It is a bit outside city centre, but there is few bus lines to take you to city easily. Alternatively, there is commercial centre nearby. They have McD, pub and stores. We had one glass of beer for €1.50 in one pub. If you have car, there is also parking space available.

Hotel was great the staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the supersized bed was super comfy. Internet also great signal and I will most defiantly be staying again here on my next trip to Palma.

Clean but super noisy
The staffs are very friendly and the room is clean. However, I do not recommend booking this hotel (at least for the next few months) if you plan to sleep past 8 am. There is a construction site at the end of the block which looks like they are just starting the job and the walls and windows are not blocking any sound at all. You could also hear every conversation someone had in the hallway through the door (which is sadly quite common among all hotels in my experience).

Good modern hotel. Very clean with friendly staff and good pool area. Location a bit of a compromise but reflected in the price. Bar area could be made more of for lunch and dinner.

Perfect stay
My and my husband spent 11 days at BQ Augusta, and everything was perfect from the beginning. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast buffet always fresh and various food. Pool nice, clean. There is free parking at the hotel. For us a perfect holiday. To come back for sure

The hotel staff are not helpful and are quite rude. They have long conversations with people in Spanish when they can see a queue of guests waiting for their attention. It might help to have a couple of people at the reception at the same time. We booked 2 rooms and one was extremely small, it was supposed to be for 3 people but was way too tight and it was clear that the sofa bed had been crammed in there - we had to squeeze against the wall to get past. The electricity in the second room went out in the morning, despite the key being in. As we were going to check out after breakfast, we did ask for this to be looked at, although the staff were aware of the issue. During breakfast, many of the items had finished and were not replaced, we went when there was still 1.5 hours left. A staff member came running at me and my family and said we could not sit near the window because it was the bar area, although there was no signs for this and she could see that we had already started eating. She then rung the reception to tell them about us sitting in this area, which we later got questioned about. We seriously did not kbow it was a restricted area and as a family of 5, this was the only area with a table big enough for us. The rooms have no tea or coffee for making hot beverages and also no kettle. The plug sockets are not near the beds. One thing I really liked was the free use of a computer and printer in the reception area.

Dear customer, First of all I want to thank you for booking at BQ Augusta and for letting us know your personal experiencia, anyway I would like to go into your comments: - Starting with your family breakfast, you were sitting on the reading area/library, so we told you to move to a table in the restaurant that we had to prepare, but you rejected the offer. - As you mention you used free of cost all our computer and printing area, as you can see, our receptionist are always busy and have to give each client a quality time during check in and check out, so it´s normal that other clients have to queue and wait a couple of minutes - On Sunday we had some issues with the lights, we offfered our help as out technician is off on Sundays, you also rejected the help telling us that you were leaving, maybe if you had communicated these issues before we could have helped you. - When leaving, the front office was busy, then you had to wait, we can´t stop giving service to the rest of clients. Moreover, you had a free upgrade to an Studio, which is bigger and is provided with a microwave and a coffee machine, so that´s the reason that we don´t provide a kettle, anyway if you ask for it , you get it. I hope that despite all inconveniences we were able to explain ourselves, we apologize for it and hope to welcome you again soon. Have a nice day! BQ Hoteles
