Now, You have the opportunity of being the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden, near de city of Palma. The house is very close to Paseo Maritimo, Porto Pi Center and Genoa, and it Only Takes 8 minutes by car to Puerto Portals and Bendinat, some of the liveliest places in Mallorca, where to find the best restaurants, as well as a wide range of cafes and shops.
Also this is a beautiful place to enjoy good weather Majorcan by walking or cycling around Bonanova neighborhood, a green and relaxing zone Majorcan Where people love to live!

However, we highly recommend you to rent a car, so you can enjoy the best spots of the island, small villages like: such as Where Deià Robert Graves lived; Valldemossa, where to find Chopin's home, or the amazing valley of Soller.

Lovely property
The property is furnished to a very high spec. with all the amenities you could want for. The owners are delightful, friendly and extremely helpful and the property is well stocked with shampoos, shower wash, sun cream, tea & coffee, olive oil, water and a welcome bottle of wine. There are a few drawbacks though - the property is in a residential area some 15 mins drive from Palma centre with no local shops to nip out & buy provisions so a trip into Palma P! shopping centre which is a bit of a drag. All properties in the area have steel bars on the windows, security gates, alarm systems and a DOG!! The owners of this property live next door with their dog which spends most of it's day the other side of the property's master bedroom. The dogs are outdoors and bark constantly through the day & night & set one another off. The property is also situated right next to a major road so more noise. The garden is on a slope so no-where to lie flat & sunbathe. Also, no sun loungers just 6 chairs. There are no emergency contact numbers in the property so if an emergency occurred, you're basically on your own. Also as the master bedroom is sited off the kitchen, there are no means of escape from the bedroom should a fire break-out, the windows are heavily barred and there is only 1 exit from the property, through the kitchen, then the living room. We did have a nice holiday but won't be returning to Bonanova 20.

Modernes schickes Haus, Nähe Palma.
Das Haus ist gemäß der Beschreibung ausgestattet, sehr neuwertig und modern. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist es eine gute Option, Badezimmer neuwertig und Klimaanlage sehr modern. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell und stabil. Die Ausstatung, gerade in der Küche, ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Inkl. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und umfassend Geschirr&Besteck. Was uns nicht so gefiel, war die Lage direkt an der Autobahn (sehr laute Verkehrsgeräusche), dass hatten wir unterschätzt und dadurch haben wir den Garten nicht genutzt. Das Cleaning vor Anreise war sehr oberflächlich, so dass wir nochmals Alles im Details reinigen mussten. Es gab leider keinen Staubsauger, was sehr geholfen hätte. Ein weiteren Minuspunkt sind die Hunde bei Allen umliegenden Häuser. Sie bellen sehr laut und das auch mal Nachts oder sehr früh morgens. Das hat uns garnicht gefallen! Die Vermieter sind nett, wohnen direkt nebenan (vermietetes Haus ist ein Anbau des Haupthauses der Vermieter). Sie haben immer schnell weiterholfen und der Kontakt war gut. Insgesamt ein gutes neues Ferienhaus am Rand von Palma, jedoch muss man die Lautstärke auf Grund der Autobahn und der vielen Hunde wirklich berücksichtigen.
